Beautiful apartment in a very centric and residential area with excellent natural lighting. It has one bedroom with AC and a king size bed. The living room has a smart TV & the dining room has a beautiful fine wood table with sitting for 6 (both areas have air conditioning). The kitchen is fully equipped; stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.. In the laundry area we have the washing machine & drinking water available. The bathroom is a good size with a bathtub / shower.

The space
The apartment offers many advantages! For a quick supermarket run you have 2 options within walking distance, or if you just need the essentials, there is a convenience store right across the street.

If you'd like to see the city and its surroundings, a 5 min walk will lead you to the bus terminal that can take you to the most touristic areas in Cancun.

You are 5 minutes away by car from the hotel zone, or you can also take the bus that drops you off right in the center. For a nice lunch or dinner, you have around 10 delicious restaurants to choose from, all located a short distance from the apartment. For souvenir shopping you have the best local plaza just steps away, crossing the beautiful park behind the building.
