To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take note of the following house rules:
1. 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬 ❌
Smoking, illegal drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the condo and within the building premises. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Smoking within in the premises will be charged Php10,000 fine.
2. 𝐊𝐈𝐃𝐒 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐲❌
For safety purposes, kids are strictly not allowed to go in the balcony. Please keep an eye with your little ones when staying with them in the unit and ensure that the balcony door is always LOCKED.
3. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 🎉
Parties such as bridal showers, birthdays with visitors, or similar events are not allowed. Simple/intimate celebration is ok. Decorations must not be affixed to walls to prevent damage. Any repainting required due to damage will incur a fee.
4. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 🔕
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. You are welcome to use our portable karaoke between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, ensuring that the volume remains at a considerate level.
5. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 🍽️
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and cooking is allowed. However, party meals that require heavy cooking are not permitted. Additionally, for hygiene and odor control, please always turn on the exhaust fan in the range hood when cooking. Durian is not allowed inside the unit and cooking tuyo, bulad, daing, dried fish, sardines, shrimps, crabs or any strongly odorous food is strictly prohibited. The smell lingers in the unit, gets trapped in furniture, pillows, and beddings, and requires extra cleaning and washing to remove them. A penalty of ₱3,000 will be imposed for violations, as the smell will be noticeable when our cleaners enter the unit after checkout.
6. 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 🐾
While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the unit to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.
7. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 🛠️
All appliances and furnishings are well-maintained. Any damage caused to the property, appliances, or provided items during your stay will incur repair or replacement fees. Please handle everything with care.
8. 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 & 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 ⚡
Please turn off all appliances, including air conditioning, lights, and electronics, when not in use, especially when leaving the unit. This helps conserve energy and ensures that appliances remain in good condition for future guests.
9. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐀𝐬-𝐘𝐨𝐮-𝐆𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 🧹
We charge a minimal cleaning fee to keep our rates affordable. Please clean as you go, dispose of trash properly, and return all borrowed items. Excessive dirt, trash, or mess requiring extra cleaning services will be charged accordingly.
10. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 & 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 ⚖️
Stains or dirt that require extensive cleaning or special laundry treatments will be assessed based on the severity. If any stains are deemed permanent, guests will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
11. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐈𝐧 & 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐮𝐭 ⏳

12. 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 👥
Please declare the accurate number of guests in your booking. Undeclared guests and visitors will be charged ₱1,000 per head. Visitors are allowed up to the lobby only and must be registered if going inside the unit (this is Condo Building rules), and can stay until 9pm only. Only limited number of visitors is allowed.
13. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 🚗
Guests must park only in the designated parking area. Verdon Parc strictly enforces parking regulations, and improperly parked vehicles will be clamped, with a fine of ₱5,000 imposed on the car owner. To avoid penalties, please ensure you park in the correct parking spot at all times.
