Located just 10 minutes away from the beach or downtown Tulum. We are located in an underdeveloped area, the roads are not done, there are several potholes along the way, we are in the jungle.

Amazing jungle views, sunsets and an incredible star gazing sky. Just the perfect place for a romantic, adventurous stay.

The apartment is beautiful with all local region materiales, amazing carpentry, beautiful floors and all the decks and stairs are with exotic woods.

We have optic fiber high speed internet that works great for anyone that wants to do home office.

We have a main gate with its own code and outside the condo you will have a lock box with its combination to get the key.

Our location is in the jungle, the roads are not done, renting a scooter or a car is highly recommended.

There are several constructions near the area, so there will be noise during the day.

Every night is magical and super calm as well as the weekends.

Tulum in under development, therefor the town suffers with some issues with the electric power. We may face power shortages.
