Our home offers everything families, corporate and professional travelers need. Fully equipped kitchen, large TVs, Internet, cozy fireplace.

The space
This 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome has living area and 1/2 bath downstairs and bedrooms/baths upstairs. Enjoy the back yard 'salt water plunge pool' in a private fenced in yard. Evening lights add to the festivity. In the living room enjoy an electric fireplace for those romantic nights.

PET POLICY:
We welcome well-behaved pets, but please note that some breeds are restricted by our insurance. You must contact us before booking to confirm your pet is allowed.

For bathroom breaks, you must walk your pet across the street to a magnificent 11-acre park. Our small, astroturf backyard is not suitable for pet relief. Please be responsible for bagging and disposing of pet waste properly

To respect our neighbors, pets must be crated when left alone in the townhome and should not be prone to excessive barking.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhome, private back yard and salt water plunge pool, a one car garage and access to launch your boat directly across the street.

Capacity to park two cars in front of the townhome and one in the garage. If launching your boat from across the street, you must park your trailer on the street and not in the parking lot.

Other things to note
We believe in safety first, so for those traveling with children there is a 'push on/push off' very loud alarm on the back door going out to the pool. In addition, we have installed a slide lock high on the back door out of a child's reach. Please, always supervise children when in and around the pool.

Please no glass around the pool, we provide plenty of alternate no glass drinking containers.

Appreciate that in a townhome you are sharing walls with the unit on either side. please be respectful of playing TV or loud music as everyone is just trying to enjoy their day.
