Your own private balcony overlooking the pool lets in plenty of natural light during the day and a view of the sunset in the evening.

This freshly painted retreat has smart cast TVs in each room, new ceiling fans and light fixtures, and brand new furniture throughout.
Take advantage of the full kitchen's granite countertops, beautiful new backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all cookware needed to whip up healthy and elegant meals.
Help yourself to a nightcap on the balcony before heading off to bed and let the dishwasher and washer/dryer do the heavy lifting on cleanup.
Couples will love the king-size ultra plush bed in the master bedroom and the very comfortable king-size bed in the second bedroom, while kids can stay nice and cozy in the third room's bunks (queen, full and twin(trundle)or take the sofa sleeper.

Guest access
This elegant condo provides a perfect balance with enough seclusion to be a calming retreat but close enough to the action to be enjoying all 30A, Rosemary, Seacrest, and Allys beach have to offer in less than a 5 minute stroll. With delectable breakfast crepes, amazing Italian, Margarita happy hour with chips and salsa, mouth watering pizza and even a Starbucks in the bottom level of the complex, you have food bases completely covered.
This condo is located near all these amazing restaurants which means that you can walk right downstairs whatever your cravings desire.
Beach access is a breeze with Seacrest beach access a 10 minute stroll or 5 minute tram ride away and you ware walking in the soft sand of 30As most luxurious beaches.
Of course with all the local dining, multiple beach options, and many luxuries shops and amenities there is no need to even venture a mile away however you can easily spend the day fishing and swimming two miles east at Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse bordered on three sides by the azure Gulf of Mexico or for an incredible glimpse of Florida's coastal beauty, Grayton Beach is just 14 miles west and is often ranked among the most scenic beaches in the state.
Explore nearly 2,000 acres of salt marshes, trails, and white sugar sand at Grayton Beach, or get lost among the magnolias, golden asters, scrub oaks, and coastal dune lakes of Deer Lake State Park four miles west.
Seaside community and WaterColor communities are a 10 minute drive down the beautiful 30A. You can even do some shopping at PierPark just a 20 minute drive away.
Other things to note
Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored, private access where guests 13 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vida. To rent this gear please see the attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. During busy summer months, its best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance from the web site.
Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband).
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well.
The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 13 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult.
Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 6pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: The tram does not operate during inclement weather.
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
