305Syrena is a spacious new studio in the heart of PDC with exclusive amenities 5 blocks from the beach and near everything.
Is located in a new complex (2022) with rooftop pool, ocean views, very good WiFi and laptop friendly workspace, new furniture, big balcony with plants and a kitchenette fully equipped ideal for remote workers and or couples. Cozy like home :).
