Monthly Rentals in Gutau

I felt right at home, safe and welcome with amazing views and lots of places to hike / walk to. The locals are very friendly. A short drive to local town which all the shops you would need for your stay. Christian was a great host who helped with any requests / issues I had and provided great recommendations. I was worried I'd be cold in October but the house was pleasantly warm my whole stay.

I had a very comfortable stay here and found everything I needed to feel at home. The location is wonderfully convenient, with tram stations and the Hauptbahnhof just a short walk away, as well as several grocery stores nearby. Clemens, the host is friendly, responsive, and eager to assist with any questions or issues I had. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Franz apartment is close to Linz (reachable by car in 20 minutes) and at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the Danube. It is clean, quiet and very spacious for two people. The equipment is good and a carport offers parking facilities for CARS and bikes. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The host was kind, quick to respond to all of my messages. Everything went smoothly, the instructions on entering the unit was very clear and helpful. The atmosphere was really pleasant, the thick old walls were actually cool. :)
