Monthly Rentals in Gunnison

The location could not have been better. It was in walking distance to all the venues downtown. The room was very large with a nice sitting area away from the bed. Large kitchen and bathroom with plenty of amenities. Highly recommend it.

Close to our family, so perfect location for us! We had an issue with the heater and Susan quickly came and helped us! (It wasn’t the heater, it was on our part! The heater was great!)

This is my second time coming to Amonzo place. I love how down to earth he is! But my review on his place is I always feel comfortable and like I am in a home feeling environment. I usually don’t sleep well away from home but I never had a problem sleeping here. It’s very quiet and close to the university and up the street from the downtown shoppes. Amonzo is a great informative host and I highly recommend his Airbnb

Short stay for work, Libby was an amazing host. Will be back if job sends me back to the area.
