Vacation rentals with a pool in Gulf Gate Estates

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful! This was our very first time booking a home for a soccer tournament and it was amazing. The owner was very quick to reply back to my questions. It felt like home very cozy and the pool was fantastic, my 15 year old loved his stay. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We hope in the future if any other soccer tournaments in Sarasota we hope to book this home again. Thank you Rose and family 😊

I highly recommend this house 100% for a family getaway or for young people. It's very close to great beaches, excellent restaurants, and it's an incredibly peaceful place. There's privacy and security. I recommend it 100% for all types of people—young, adults, families, or singles. If you have a pet, this place is perfect because there's plenty of open space for children and pets to play. The dogs will love it!

Our family of 10 stayed at Max’s place. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit for us coming from Colorado in the winter.

The house is beautiful inside and a great outdoor area with pool and fire pit Lots of space and kitchen was amazing Within 20-30 mins to a lot of great beaches

We had a great weekend at Yelena’s place. The house was cozy and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find the master bathroom renovated and some of the furniture had been updated and was newer than shown in the photos. The neighborhood was very quiet even with the neighbors close by. We enjoyed the pool and all the fun floats and accessories. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a cozy meal at home. Our host quick to respond and was flexible with check out time which was a huge help for us. We would gladly stay again and recommend this home to anyone in the area!

The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

This is our second year staying in this complex. There are many walking trails that are a short drive, close to several beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

The owners are very helpful when we tried to extend our stay in the place. Very responsive and Good communication!

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
