We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

Don was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcome. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, homey vibe—perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting High Point.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. As someone with germ phobia, I truly appreciated how clean the space was. The uncluttered design was top-tier; the pictures did justice, but it was even better in person. Having a full kitchen was a bonus—we had a great taco night and enjoyed the spacious bar area. The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to add an additional night with ease. Check-in was easy, and I loved that each room had a TV for entertainment. With just a few minor tweaks, this could be a perfect stay. I will definitely be returning!

This property is in an excellent location if you need to stay in High Point! We stayed here for about a week before closing on a house. It was very clean and Rajan was extremely responsive about anything we needed. The property is fully equipped with every amenity you would need that is provided at a hotel, plus a fully equipped kitchen and generally stocked pantry. Rajan also did not require us to do much before checking out, which is nice when charged for cleaning fees and again, is very similar to hotel practices. It does appear to be slightly more "worn" than the pictures show, the walls are paper thin between rooms, there is not a lot of natural light, and there is only one small full bath (the latter is a misunderstanding on my part-- I misread the property description). These are just personal observations and preferences and I mention them as they may help others make decisions regarding their stays, but overall, our stay was extremely positive.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's townhouse. It was very clean with what I'd call modern transitional decor. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The townhouse backs up to a forest type area. It was lush and green. Very tranquil. My son is considering coming to A&T in a couple of years. If he does, this will always be our first pick when we visit.

Jeff was such a gracious host, a great communicator and incredibly responsive. The home is walking distance to everything I wanted to do in Winston-Salem. The spacious townhome provided a great space to spend time with family, work, and explore the area. I will definitely return to this one!

Wonderful stay! We rented this for our daughters for Thanksgiving. Home is exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Thoughtful touches throughout. We do confess to struggling with figuring out how to use the thermostat! Will definitely stay here again.

The host sparky was very nice and clear in any problems I had he responded within a minute which there wasn't anything besides cutting the TV on very clean and very quiet place hopefully I'll be in town again and be able to stay here on my travels thank you sparky

Betty’s townhome is lovely. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Her home was beautifully decorated. She was easy to communicate with. She gave me instructions on how to use her sink but unfortunately, I did not read before using! That was my fault so make sure to read before using or no water will come out haha! I loved the layout the home. Checkout was easy and painless. Having a water filtration system was great. Every kitchen utensil one could ever use was provided. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay for my family of four!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had thus far! My previous Airbnb Host canceled our reservation last minute and was completely unresponsive. Luckily we came across this lovely property and Sunil was an absolute pleasure! He helped restore our faith in Airbnb with how accommodating/responsive he was! The property was fantastic and we’ll definitely be booking again if ever in the area!

This place was great! Cozy and modern at once, and Selden went above and beyond by purchasing a pack n’ play for our 11M old to sleep in when we told him the bassinet would cramp his style! 10/10, would recommend.

Excellent communication with host. The house was super clean and beds/bedding very comfortable! Tons of space to spread out with nice touches throughout. Would highly recommend this vacation rental! 2nd time staying and will definitely want to stay again next year if available!

Great stay! Very convenient to NCAT, and restaurants. Home was VERY clean. The neighborhood is nice, safe, clean and pretty peaceful overall. However If you are a light sleeper there is a train that comes through pretty often, but other than that amazing stay! host is very responsive.

Sharon's place was perfect for the visit in Clemmons! Her place is centrally located but tucked away quite nicely. It was super clean and quiet despite being close to a roundabout. Sharon provides everything you could possibly need during your visit. Sharon was super friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend!

Our second stay at Victoria’s townhouse was great! We love the proximity to restaurants and shopping. Place is super clean and has a full kitchen with everything you might want. Beds are comfortable and both rooms have tvs. Will most likely stay again!
