In town for work - needed a no-hassle place to stay that was near everything I needed to be near. That's exactly what I got!

Levi’s place is immaculate; my friends and I had a pleasant experience; we agreed that it was one of the best AirBnBs we have visited. Levi let us know he left us yogurt in the fridge, it was such a nice surprise and so kind of him!

Quiet and Clean Home in Raintree This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Adam is a friendly and responsive host.

Eli's place was great. Love the master with bath on the first floor and kids can go upstairs! Location was close to everything we needed. Only 15 minutes or so to outlet malls. Main roads are close and you can find anything you need, I actually found the train sounds comforting. One has not whistle it is the high speed rail into Charlotte I think and then the occasional train with the whistle. Really did not bother us at all. Community is nice, parking is perfect! In warmer weather the pool is within walking distance and would be nice to use. Neighborhood was quiet. Had just about everything we needed. Could use a few more baking dishes and small kitchen items like Measuring cups, etc. All in all a great place to stay. If you fly into Concord it is not far at all.

Stayed here for my birthday trip with 4 other friends/family. Very close to everything. Good spacing. There’s a bathroom in every room which helped when we were trying to all get dressed at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

Great communication with Mary. I booked this room because it was a 5 minute drive close to Elevation church. Great restaurant options near by. Quiet area which was really important to me. Thanks to Larry for helping me with my suitcase up the stairs. I know it weighted a ton! Though I didn’t get to meet Mary because she was welcoming her first grand baby she was very pleasant to talk to. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, spacious and comfy. It wasn't far from all the things we'd planned to do. The house was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We didn't need to reach out during our stay because Neiman provided clear information before check in. The listing is right...perfect for groups! We definitely look forward to staying here again.

I appreciate Mr. Stanley, He helped me out with a last minute booking. He was very understanding, helpful and responsive. The place is huge and as advertised! The view of Charlotte from the rooftop is great.

We stayed for a couple of weeks while having work done on our home. The property is in a great location. We loved the neighborhood and walking around exploring along the greenway. The place has everything we needed for our time spent and we felt very comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed anything throughout the stay. Would highly recommend.

Very pretty and comfortable place. Easy walk to stadium as well as Charlotte central. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very nice. Bring your own shampoo and shower wash. If staying longer and plan to use the dishwasher bring an extra cleaning pod. Over all a great place to stay and easy to get around.

The minute I arrived to the home, I was amazed. It's in a quiet area despite being near the main road. When I walked in the home, it was exactly what I seen in the pictures. Ed was extremely quick with responding whenever I reached out to him. i will be looking forward to another stay at his residence.

Very nice, private townhouse. Casual and comfortable. Separate upscale bathrooms in each bedroom. Very good with communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Perfect location. Unique place with nice view of city skyline at night. Great spot to see a Panthers game and explore the city. Plenty of space. Great stay.

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Alycea you did an amazing job I really felt at home. Everyone she’s amazing we were sleeping and she locked the door from her phone at 3 in the morning. The whole experience was GREAT ❤️❤️❤️

We had such a lovely stay! The area in the back is amazing for relaxing! The home has beautiful furnishings and was so clean! We felt right at home! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals. The many light switches were labeled, such a simple yet nice touch. The attention to detail was wonderful.

Peter is the best type of host - responsive, kind and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay great. There was some unforeseen cold weather the night before we arrived, Peter made sure to put the heat on for us so it wasn't freezing when we arrived!
