Gorgeous place with the most amazing views. The stables was clean, comfortable and very well thought out with lots of extras that you dont usually find. Our hosts were fabulous, extremely quick with responses, full of local knowledge and helpful above and beyond. The best place we have stayed in. We cant wait to return. Pear Cottage was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, it was a beautiful cosy cottage with a gorgeous log burner to relax in front of before heading up to possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! We wanted for nothing, the hosts had really put a lot of thought into the needs of their guests, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and delicious cookies and even firelighters, kindling, logs and coal all provided for our stay. There was even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided along with some lovely Temple Spa treatments to try! Their instructions for parking and accessing the property were clear and easy to understand. We would definitely recommend staying at Pear Cottage and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay there longer!

Spacious, warm and comfortable house, well located for access to the coast and the countryside. More road noise than we are used to, but it didn’t spoil it. Enjoyed making friends with the on site horses.
