We had an excellent stay! The property is spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location is fantastic, offering easy access to York, Whitby, Scarborough, and Flamborough. And it’s Dog friendly!! The host is very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This was our second stay at Andrew’s place, we had a lovely couple of days again chilling in the cozy cottage, the cottage has everything to make you feel at home straight away and is a great base for exploring the local coast.

This was a wonderful stay with Mary and her partner who both made me feel welcome and at home. Both the peaceful aesthetic of the 'hut' combined with occasional appearance of some very well behaved and good natured animal companions made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the 'hut' to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in this quaint seaside getaway.

A wonderful stay. As soon as I walked in I knew I would feel very comfortable and relaxed at JK lodge. The little touches were so special. The annex is spotlessly clean and I so appreciated the bread and milk leaving for my arrival. Would 100% recommend and when I’m next planning a visit to East Yorkshire, I hope it’s available for another visit. Thank you so much.
