lovely cottage clean and tidy. very picturesque area, and information clear and consistent. very responsive host, no concerns while we we there. pubs within walking distance, but quite a hilly walk in parts. very dog friendly pretty much everywhere. very quiet area very relaxing enjoyed cooked breakfast at Woodys @Whitechurch good value for money. Monmouth was a lovely place to visit too, would stay again

As a family of 6 adults, this was a great place to stay. The downstairs lounge and dining room were very spacious and were a lot bigger than we were expecting from the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and equipment for making your own meals. The bedrooms were more sparse and some could do with a bit of paint in places, but this didn’t affect our stay at all. The games room was an added bonus. It was a shame we weren’t there for longer to make better use of it. In warmer weather the balcony would be great was sitting out. The Old FerrieInn was lovely for an evening meal. I would definitely like to return.

The beautiful, peaceful location is what makes this place. The cottage felt very cosy and homely and was a great place to explore the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas. The cottage is part of a secluded area of about 10 cottages and although its along a single track and feels off the beaten track that is also part of its charm. The view is amazing and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in.

Fallows Annex was a fantastic place to stay for a few nights. Everything you could need Cat and Jim were great hosts and the homemade bread , freshly laid eggs and jams were a lovely touch Thank you both very much and apologies over our yappy Cockapoo
