Monthly Rentals in Great Barrington

Stayed a couple days to relax and explore the Berkshires. The house was peaceful, comfortable and had style. Will happily come back again!

Picture the scene, crawling out of a toasty warm bed, a dusting of snow outside as you brew up a pair of espressos. The heady aroma entices my lovely bride of 27 years to poke her nose out from under the duvet. As we enjoyed our first sips we were treated to the excited chortling and gobbling of over twenty turkeys as they passed by the cabin. The peace and quiet was punctuated by the occasional woodpecker and wild turkey. We enjoyed a glass or two of wine sitting in front of the warm glow of the wood stove. Peace - quiet - nature - comfort - The Cabin gave us the pause we needed - we recommend everyone, young and old to slow down, reconnect, discover each other in this beautiful cabin in the woods!

Felt like home. When I stay at an Airbnb cleanliness and comfort are at the top for me and Mary's place was all that and more. I appreciated the FULLY stocked kitchen including fresh half and half, hummus, and assorted jelly (to name a few). So disappointed I wasn't able to soak in the tub, but she literally has everything to cultivate a peaceful soak (candles, bath salts, robe). Her book collection is worth another day just to enjoy! I found some good reads I ended up ordering on Amazon. She was very helpful, greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour of the house and offered some suggestions to hike and eat. Def check out Bistro Zinc in Lenox (about 20 min drive) if you have the time. Beautiful area, beautiful home, beautiful host. I look forward to coming back!

we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful inviting cozy place. On top of the having most any amenities one can think of, the place is situated at a great place to explore Western Massachusetts from. we got all the help we needed to get around during our stay, places to visit, the better places to eat etc. I will definitely recommend my friend to stay there. thank you much Jill and Steve for creating this place.
