Vacation rentals with a pool in Grant-Valkaria

This place was beyond perfect for us! My daughter had a fall graduation from FIT. While not as many were able to join as I hoped, even if they had there was more than enough space for 8 people. All photos on site were accurate and up to date. Place was clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood that my father in law enjoyed strolling in the mornings. Having the option to heat pool was wonderful and worth it!! I did contact the owner once about this and response was almost immediate. After several days of cold weather in the area it took a time for pool to warm. But by the afternoon following our arrival it was wonderful! Owner was very gracious and kind in responding and made sure to make me feel comfortable if I had any further questions or needs for anything. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit!

We love Tracy’s place!! This is our 3rd visit & we will definitely be back!! The house is super clean, very well stocked & beautiful. Tracy is a great host. Always responds quickly to any questions. The pool area is soo nice!! Lots of floats & pool toys!! The house is close to many great restaurants yet it’s in a beautiful, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We hated to leave, lol!!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the open floor plan and all the amenities kept our family entertained in between our excursions to the nearby beaches and restaurants. The lanai was perfect for our large family to hang out in the evening playing darts and competing against each with the ring toss. Mornings sitting pool side with coffee made from the expansive coffee bar, where everyone's taste pallet could be met with all the coffee options. There were also plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use on our daily trips to the beach too! The location of the house was perfect without having neighbors on top of you so our stay felt more secluded. The hosts were also quickly to respond when we reached out. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay. Especially if you have kids and/or a pet. Everything you need when you first get in. Everything is labeled. Easy self check in. Accommodating but not over bearing host. One of the best air bnbs I've stayed and I am a frequent Air bnb renter for trips.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The space is immaculate, with stylish yet cozy decor that immediately made me feel at home. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

A great place to stay! From kayaking the river, the pool, body boarding on the beach, and a variety of games to end the night....this place has it all! We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

The place was awesome! Taylor was great at giving us detailed instructions for check in and the different amenities available. The view is the most beautiful view you could get. Very quiet place to relax.

Conveniently located in the heart of cocoa beach and about 10 minutes from the cruise port. Much less expensive than renting 2 hotel rooms and much more amenities and privacy. Many restaurants are about a 3 minute walk and right around the corner. Gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean. This place was beautiful and we loved the personal touches of christmas decor to make our stay extra special. They bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and a few travel essentials and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and suppliea (even christmas coffees and teas). We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Cozy and cute little place that was easy to find, had great parking, was walking distance to downtown, and very safe. Fantastic host!

Nice condo in a convenient location to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen has all of the necessities. I really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack lightly for our flight. I’d stay here again!
