Vacation rentals in Grant-Valkaria

We spent one month at Andrea's home in Florida. Loved the layout of the place. Large open living space in living, dining and kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The caretaker for the house lived close by and was very efficient and easy going. Would stay there again!

Absolutely lovely home! Very clean, great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the peaceful location and tranquil sound of the ocean's waves to the well appointed kitchen and the comfy cozy furniture and beds, Joanie's place was a perfect place to stay while visiting Melbourne Florida for our son's college graduation. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

I tried booking for March but was full, I highly recommend Ashley's place she's a great hostess. Anyone coming here will not be disappointed.

Sherman and Marlene’s place is exactly as described. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Atlantic Ocean and beach is literally off the deck in the back. Great restaurants are all nearby as well as a Publix across the street. Marlene walked us through the place with many helpful hints for our stay. The place is spotless with all the amenities you could desire. Much care was put into this location. The best part is Marlene and Sherman are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.

Tim's place is great! He was very quick to respond with any questions we had regarding the awesome amenities. We had a small unforeseen issue the one day with the pool pump not working properly, and he made sure it was taken care of quickly. He even went as far as heating the pool up the next day free of charge for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend it as a great place for families to stay!

Janice's home was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. She was proactive to let us know of an issue that arose prior to our arrival including her prompt solution to replace a broken appliance. We experienced no inconvenience as a result of this, but we appreciated her clear communication about it. If we ever go back to Vero Beach I will definitely check this listing for availability.

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.
