The apartment was fabulous and extremely clean. It is even larger than it appears in photos. Queen-size bed was very comfortable . Great to have a washer in the basement withe drying racks. Front patio/terrace is screened from the street. The back elevated balcony overlooks the backyard with fields, hills, and towns visible. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, honey, sugars, oatmeal and more. Only possible complaint is you must travel to nearby towns for supplies and restaurants.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - almost like at home. The two hosts were super helpful and always available. There was no lack of anything in the kitchen or in the bathroom! Board games that were on site gave us and our two 8-year-old children a lot of fun to some afternoon / evening. The 3 bedrooms and the private parking space in front of the door was fantastic. We highly recommend the place. We were on site over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed the snow at the Großer Arber as well as a visit to the Waldwipfelweg, swimming pool, Christmas market in Regensburg and the Western city. The place was a very good starting point for our activities.

Mel is a very likeable and nice host, we immediately felt welcome. She gave us valuable tips for excursions and restaurants and was always available. The apartment is completely new, bright and tastefully furnished with everything you need and absolutely quiet, ideal as a base for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back!
