What a wonderful apartment! Everything you need plus views of the city from the terrace. 5 minute walk to largest park n Barcelona, all main attrations were within 40 minute walk of apartment. Albert was extremely helpful. Would definetly want to stay here again on the next visit.

The apartment is in a spectacular location. Close to the Sans station, you can walk to the metro and from there to anywhere that connects with lines 3 and 5. It is very comfortable and complete. It has 4 beds so we were fine. Below is a small supermarket and the Mercadona is very close. It has an elevator to access the apartment. It is a quiet area. Our host was very attentive and provided accurate information. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is ideally located in the Eixample district. Clean, well-equipped and with a superb terrace, we had a lovely weekend there. Communication with Esther has always been easy. A very nice place to recommend in Barcelona!

Beautiful modern apartment in a quieter location close to the beach. Ideal for our family vacation and with borrowed bikes, we could easily reach everything. The apartment was super clean and there is also a great roof terrace with a view. We only missed a broom or vacuum cleaner, as some sand had already accumulated in the apartment after a few days. Otherwise, we felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

The place is great with all the necessary facilities. The bedroom is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is clean and tidy. The Poble Sec metro is nearby within 5 minutes walk to reach anywhere in the city. Veronica has been a great host and communicated effectively and on time. She even met us at checkin and gave us the apartment tour and necessary instructions. Overall a smooth experience.

Very good communication with Daniel, he is a responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation was clean, really good location for metro and bus and we are about 1 hour walk from the port which is not bad for people who like to walk. The -: you can hear the other residents quite a bit (above and to the side) I recommend this host, we are very happy with our stay.

The host stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking, was very responsive and then met us by the door and showed the apartment and all the amenities. We loved the place, it had all the necessities. The apartment has a beautiful terrace that could have more use during warmer months of the year. The only downside is laundry being a separate service for this Airbnb. Also the access to apartment requires walking the stairs which might be a struggle for people with mobility issues. Other than that the place was great. The location is amazing, multiple supermarkets can be found nearby, lots of cafes and easy public transport access. The checkout was also very smooth and easy!

We came with a group of 10 friends for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The property is fantastic and the host was really nice and accomodating. We used the barbecue, the kitchen, the swimming pool..etc. Everything was clean and ready to use. I would recommend Cal Ramon to every large group or family while staying near Barcelona, it is one of the best Airbnb I've been to and the price was very reasonable. When we arrived after our long flight from NY, Rosa cheerfully greeted us. We felt very welcome. She showed us around the apartment and offered great tips to help us enjoy our trip. The apartment has a hip and quirky vibe. We especially liked the outdoor space. The location was fantastic and we loved having cafe con leche and a pastry in the morning. If we ever get back to Barcelona, we would love to stay at Rosa's place.

Barbara was a wonderful host to a beautiful little place. She looked after us for a late arrival and was really easy to communicate with. We were well looked after, extremely comfortable and had an amazing stay. The neighborhood can feel a little rough but we had no trouble and liked that it was removed from the hustle of the city. Its a simple walk to train or bus and the roof top is wonderful for breakfast or an sunset wine. Access is good, home is lovely, bed on the firm side but we liked it. Highly recommend! Stefanie was sooo nice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 1am at night and she was so helpful and flexible about it eventhough it was so late. Really appreciate that! She was so nice too and let us have the space for ourselves. Best host ever!
