Vacation rentals with a pool in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

The accommodation is ideally located because it allows you to find the serenity of calm in the mountains while being only 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona. He is well equipped and Jennifer is a warm host with good advice to enjoy your stay.

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

This is a very special place to stay. I was there with my 3 teenage sons and we felt completely at home. It's a beautifully renovated house, extremely well equipped with a wonderful outdoor space. The swimming pool was a real bonus and although we were there in April, we made use of it every day. We hired a car and divided our time between exploring Barcelona, the mountains and the coast, including a trip to Sitges. What made it extra special was the warm welcome we received from Alex and Angels and their 3 children. They are a beautiful family and gave us so many helpful suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Waking up to warm, freshly baked pastries in the middle of our stay was the cherry on the cake! Thank you so much. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Alella House to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and the Costa Brava.

A perfect experience, fully recommended! We spent a few wonderful days in this house and we couldn't be more satisfied. From the first moment, communication with the host was great: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with what we needed. The house is just as you can see in the photos (or even better!). Clean, cozy, well equipped and with all the details designed to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We felt right at home from day one. The location is also ideal: quiet but well connected, perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. We would definitely come back, and recommend this house to anyone thinking about coming. Don't think about it!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

We had a great time at Trude and Miguel's. They are very welcoming, considerate, available and have great tips. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet. We were able to taste the wood-fired paella and some of Miguel's tapas on the last night... a wonderful memory for our taste buds. If we return to Barcelona it is certain that we will book this gem away from the crowd.

Excellent stay with friends, peaceful location with a very nice neighborhood (abuelo and abuela). The accommodation is very large and very clean, with a soothing view. Beautiful spacious terrace for a barbecue with friends. Thanks to the host who was super clear and nice in the welcome and rules instructions. See you soon if we come back to enjoy the Spanish land. 😬

What am absolutely perfect apartment. I have a family of 4 and we were all comfortable and had lots of space. The porch is huge and so so nice. We loved it here.

We had a lovely stay at the magic place, wonderful warm friendly and helpful Host. Such beautiful views over Barcelona. The apartment was comfortable, homely & beautifully clean The pool was stunning but unfortunately the weather was not our side so we didn’t brave getting in Great coffee and cakes from over the road and supermarket nice and close for supplies Thanks Antonio !!!

Big and beautiful house, perfect if you come to Barcelona with your family. The downstairs space is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very spacious with necessities. We felt right at home and communication with Mari went smoothly and she was very friendly. Certainly subject to repetition.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very well arranged accommodation with all comforts, Ideally located. The nearby park is ideal for a stay with child and dog. Finally, Sylvia is very helpful and has good advice. We will return if we return to Barcelona.

We were lucky enough to stay at Jorge's place in a half-family, half-professional setting. Very nice very bright triplex, with many rooms offering privacy if you need to isolate yourself. We were not able to enjoy it but the residence also has a swimming pool - very well maintained and accessible. Listing located on the first floor, with elevator (a plus with a stroller). Jorge is very responsive and attentive to the needs you may have. Finally, this place makes you feel "at home", with a singular decoration and identity. To be recommended!

Had a great time at Lluís place, the location is unbeatable, close to a mall, metro station and at the end of the street the Art Museum, went everyday to watch the sunset. Stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a pleasing stay.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!
