Beachfront vacation rentals in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

We had a brilliant stay in Xavier's apartment! The best thing about the apartment is the location, you're in the middle of everything with shops and restaurants on your doorstep and only a short walk to the beach. Xavier is a lovely host who is very quick at responding and was very flexible with our check in / out time which we really appreciated ! We can't wait to come back!

Excellent fully equipped apartment, with a spacious kitchen and a spacious washing area. The air-conditioned rooms, illuminated and of good size, very quiet and safe the neighborhood but the best is how close it is to the beach with very good restaurants. Francesc a first-class host. We knew Barcelona from other visits but this time the rent of this apartment made the difference to our vacations because of the comfortable and the beautiful beach it has in front.

Everything was great.

Great location, right across from the beach. It's also less than a five-minute walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and a dog park. Very convenient for large families. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and we loved it!! Kerstin was very patient and helpful, answered questions promptly, and was very flexible with our check-in too. The apartment was really good. Very clean. And the location is really good too! There’s a convenience store right next to the building which has all of the essentials and more and is open till 11pm. And you’re within 10-15 minutes from various supermarkets, stores, and less than 10 minutes from the Diagonal Mar shopping centre. It’s also a few minutes walk from the beach! And you can see the beach from the apartment too! Literally the only small but minor downside to everything is that we had a 9-seater passenger van, and parking it in the tight car park downstairs was a bit of a pain. But not too bad! Highly recommend this place. And next time we’re in Barcelona, we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

This was a great house for a family stay. Alba and her husband Nacho was super friendly. Th pictures does not do justice for the place. It a beautiful quiet farm house. Four bedrooms with five bathrooms. Total 11 rooms available for the guests (including the large laundry room). But the sitting room or sunroom is the gem and has an outstanding view of mountain, ocean and city. By the way this place is not for everyone. You have to navigate narrow streets of Tina and go up dirt mountain roads. Uber drivers were hesitant to go there but they did. All amenities worked. We may go there in future just to stay at the place for few days.

Very nice clean place. Outside of Barcelona a bit and not a lot of food options in the area so be ready to commute but great place.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need plus more. Metro is close by so makes it easy to get around the city. Would highly recommend

Very nice apartement. We had very amazing time. We will come back again for sure!

The place was amazing, not a central location but very nice bars, restaurants and cafes nearby and also the metro station was like 8 minutes walking. The host was very quick in answering our messages and helpful if we needed something. The only downside I would say is that you could hear a lot of noise from outside in certain rooms that made it difficult to sleep, but that happened mostly in the morning when more cars started driving on the street.

Everything was perfect, the bed and linen were quite comfortable and the shower with pressure and hot. The WiFi wasn’t so fast, but as we had 5G in cellphones it wasn’t a big problem.
