Vacation rentals with a patio in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

The house was as described.. We easily fit 2 families.. We loved the view. It's a little out of town, but we had no problems because the metro stop is right next to the house.

Really spacious and comfortable well-equipped flat in a large family home, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces – quite a generous separate space and just what we needed. There is an option to use the swimming pool and a barbecue (which we didn't because it was still a bit chilly and we ran out of time). The location is outside of Barcelona, but the city can be easily reached by train. Laia and her partner were very friendly and helpful, and communication was great. Our children really loved the area and the cats.

A beautiful space tucked into one of the most atmospheric corners of the Gothic Quarter. The apartment feels deeply connected to the history around it—full of texture and charm. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure strong, and the location unbeatable. We loved waking up and stepping straight into the winding, layered streets of old Barcelona. it’s thoughtful and well-kept, with a quiet sense of character. Would absolutely stay again this place made us feel like we were living inside the story of the city.

We were welcomed by them and time was taken to leave everything in the Airb&b see. The apartment feels spacious and it was super clean. Everything is fairly new and you can see that. The beds are nice, the bathroom and kitchen are new and very neat. The balcony is spacious and a nice indoor place. The location of the apartment is also top, very close to many restaurants of L’Hospitalet and a small shopping center with supermarket a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, it is super close to Barcelona city so you are with an uber where you want to be. Jose is a very friendly, tidy host and responds quickly. I don't normally have it soon, but I would love to come back here again!

Apartment impeccable, spacious and with all the amenities, in addition to details that make a short stay very pleasant: coffee capsules, water, oil, jams and toast for breakfast,etc. Very well located, 10 min walk from Renfe-Sants station. The host, very friendly and always available. For a reasonable price, we were able to drop off our suitcases until our afternoon train. In short, 100% recommended

Can't say enough about this property. Perfectly situated in the Passeig de Gracia area, mere steps from Casa Batlio, Placa de Catalynta, Rambles, Gothic Quarter and next to the Metro for quick transport to the rest of the city. We found the apartment to be perfectly sized with all the amenities you could ever need (especially washerAND dryer). 😃 Don't hesitate to book this property.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood walkable to Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló, and Casa Padrera. Many great restaurants nearby and plenty of markets to grab groceries. Easy location to grab taxis if needed. Apartment is large and clean and a wonderful home away from home. The property management is on first floor and also very responsive via AirBNB app, very convenient. Love this neighborhood, apartment, and management, would definitely stay here again!

A very nice, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Mariona was very friendly and quick to respond, with great recommendations for restaurants and stuff to do nearby. Highly recommended.

This is a very special place to stay. I was there with my 3 teenage sons and we felt completely at home. It's a beautifully renovated house, extremely well equipped with a wonderful outdoor space. The swimming pool was a real bonus and although we were there in April, we made use of it every day. We hired a car and divided our time between exploring Barcelona, the mountains and the coast, including a trip to Sitges. What made it extra special was the warm welcome we received from Alex and Angels and their 3 children. They are a beautiful family and gave us so many helpful suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Waking up to warm, freshly baked pastries in the middle of our stay was the cherry on the cake! Thank you so much. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Alella House to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and the Costa Brava.

A cute apartment awaited us at the end of the staircase: lovingly furnished, Pepi really thought of every little detail to make the stay perfect. Pepi made us feel like we were at home. It is truly remarkable how well we were cared for by her. We are very grateful to her for this! Will come again any time. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation.......Martha was excellent, very kind and understanding at check-in....it is relatively close to the center of Barcelona, since the metro station is a 10-minute walk away....to go to the Sagrada Familia you have to take 2 metro trains......and 1 direct to the Arc de Triomphe and other attractions. 100% recommended. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Miguel and Joana are lovely people and their home was perfect. We had a few questions about our surroundings and our messages we received and returned very quickly. We had a very early flight the morning we left and Miguel even helped secure a pre order taxi for us. My wife and I met one of our closest friends in Barcelona and taxied to Badalona (a much easier process than I had expected). We were met at at the home by Miguel and Jonah and they gave us a personal tour. The house was perfect for us as it had lots of space for us and was exactly as advertised. The house itself was very clean and we could not get enough of the amazingly designed kitchen/ dining room with huge sliding doors that opened up to an outdoor space that was perfect for all times of day.. The location of this home was one of our favorite things about our trip. There are so many little markets and shops all around in pretty much any direction and the beaches are incredible. 😀

We had a great time at Trude and Miguel's. They are very welcoming, considerate, available and have great tips. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet. We were able to taste the wood-fired paella and some of Miguel's tapas on the last night... a wonderful memory for our taste buds. If we return to Barcelona it is certain that we will book this gem away from the crowd.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

We booked this place to visit Barcelona. The train station is a 20-minute walk away with a train every 15 minutes. The place is peaceful and spacious. The private garage is a real plus. Very satisfied with our stay

What am absolutely perfect apartment. I have a family of 4 and we were all comfortable and had lots of space. The porch is huge and so so nice. We loved it here.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace will not disappoint, it has amazing views. The bed is incredibly comfy, with all round black out blinds which really work! The place is very clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The host is really responsive and the apartment is in an brilliant location. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Neighbourhood is not too busy and 10mins walk to Sagrada Familia and the Metro. All round 10/10!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable with lots of space. Loved the view off the balcony at night. Very easy to get to. Easily accessible to public transportation. Yueju was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly.

Awesome place! It has everything 2 people would need, not to mention it's 1 minute away from Sagrada Familia, and you have a view of it from the balcony. We enjoyed the proximity to the metro station as well. The hosts are great, accommodating an almost 12 AM check in because our flight was delayed. Thank you so much! Jesus's place was lovely. Clean and tidy in a fantastic area, right opposite the train station, which made venturing into Barcelona simple. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops really close by. Bed was really comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Made for a perfect stay.

Raul and Marta were excellent hosts. They were very responsive and welcoming and even provided us with some snacks as part of the stay. The location was very quiet but not too far from restaurants, attractions or the metro. The bathroom was small, however the apartment overall was very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy of separate bedrooms.

Staying at this place was really nice. Location and connection with the city center and the beach was great. Guillermo answered quickly on our messages and it was easy to communicate with him. Only thing that we were missing were slippers for walking inside but that wasn't something that negatively affected our stay at this cosy place.
