Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule.The 2025 season runs from 5/31-8/29/25. This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats.Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill included. Guests must bring sheets, towels, pillowcases, paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc (pillows & blankets provided).
