Enjoy the hot tub, wrap-around deck, firepit, and pristine pond on 8 acres of rolling hillside property. *Notes: While our Air BnB Plus photo shoot was taken in winter, the cabin is a fantastic year-round respite, beautiful in every season. Also - each adult beyond 2 is $25 per night, but we do not charge for children, so do not include kids in your guest # (but let us know). Inside this 2- bdrm Catskills cabin, you'll find an open living/kitchen space with comfy couches and wood stove. Outside, there's a wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub. The cabin sits mountainside on eight beautiful acres of meadows, forest, a fantastic swimming pond and a fire pit. Swimming pond, deck, grill, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, and great local dining and festivals. Nearby farm stands, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and low-key town pool (in Andes). Amazing beef cattle are just down the road, so if you'd like some for the grill, we can put it in the fridge! We live right up the road so are readily available to answer all of your questions and provide whatever we can to make your stay memorable. The cabin is on Bramley Mountain in the beautiful town of Bovina Center. Neighboring farms offer organic veggies, grass-fed meat, cheese, and milk. The town also has top-rated Catskill dining, including Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, and the Mountain Brook Inn. We're three hours from NYC by car. A beautiful ride! Buses also run regularly from Port Authority to nearby Andes or Delhi, so if you don't have a car, we're happy to pick you up. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), blow-up bed, games, books, DVDs and video streaming access.

Kirill was very responsive and immediately available to answer questions. The house was very nice, well maintained and we were able to easily find everything that we needed. My kids did break a small object, which we replaced and Kirill was very understanding about it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

We had an amazing stay Sheera’s place.A cozy home,very open and we loved the nature views and sounds,relaxing place set out in nature.The house was clean and the lay out was perfect for our family winter getaway’s.We had everything we needed,the beds we’re comfortable,all amenities available and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances.We love that we were able to bring our beloved pups along with us.The best part was it’s 13 mins away from Bellearye which we all had a blast.We will definitely be back! Bernie was a great host. He met us to greet us and check us in and show us around the place because it is a little unique. The house is wonderful and oozes with history. There are a couple things about the set up of the unit to be aware of. The kitchen is completely enclosed within the house so there are no windows and no way to exhaust fumes - just be aware of this so you do not unwittingly set off the smoke alarm and disturb the neighbors in adjacent units. Also, the door to the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms within the cottage unit doesn't lock, so you will need to come up with a system to alert your travel partners when someone is using the bathroom to avoid walking in on each other. Other than those two points for awareness, though, everything else is great. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the linens are pristine, the kitchen has everything you need, and the house is right by Otsego Lake and only a block from Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Truly a magical stay! A cabin in the woods doesn't get better than this! From the grill to the board games we had everything we needed to disconnect for a bit and tune in with Nature. Tony is very welcoming and hospitable. Beautiful hike to a river out back... book this place!

We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

This cabins were everything we needed for our skiing trip. It was six of us and the place was so comfy for our group. No one felt uncomfortable at all. Place is quiet and relaxing. We loved the hot tub definitely the best thing in the whole space. The host was also very responsive and helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend and I’m a 100 coming back to this place next time I’m skiing around the area. Thank you !!
