We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

David's home was absolutely perfect for our family visiting our child at Ave Maria University. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! Felt safe with lots to do with the pool table and dart board and golf cart! Very responsive with any questions we had! Will definitely rent again!!

Wonderful set up. We traveled in from Canada for a wedding, and needed a spot with space, a place to work, and that felt like a real vacation wrapped into one. The house is wonderfully equipped and beautiful! The pool is the centerpiece and is accessed from each of the comfortable bedrooms. I can't say enough about the lovely flow and decor. Sooo Florida! The management company is professional and very easy to communicate with. On the heals of Hurricane Ian, that was most appreciated. we will return.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

Our recent stay at this home was simply the easiest and most beautiful vacation I've had. Ted answered our questions so quickly and made check in a breeze. The home is very well stocked for beach fun, a relaxing day be the pool in the backyard, or a restful nap in the quiet home. Just blocks from stores, beach, restaurants and a short drive to the Pier. The neighborhood is so quiet at night allowing us to peacefully relax outdoors. I really felt at home here and we will be using this home again upon our next visit. Thanks for making our vacation great.

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Dara’s place! It was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was great, we got to relax in the gated and private backyard. The place was very spacious and lovely, and most importantly very clean. We felt right at home! There was lots to do in the area, Dara’s recommendations were great, and there were a few groceries in the area to get what we needed when we arrived (you can also get the fridge pre-stocked before your arrival which we chose not to do but is helpful!). When we arrived there was a lovely note with water and snacks! Dara was very communicative, we would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house was well stocked and clean! The master bedroom bed was exceptionally comfy! The lanai and pool were amazing! Would highly recommend.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

We had an amazing week here! The house is beautiful, clean, and very well-appointed! We had everything we needed & felt right at home! I loved preparing my coffee at the cute coffee station looking out at the beautiful pool & canal! We all loved the lanai & pool - everything is so comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai sofa while watching the kids splash around in the pool. The shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches are all close to the house which is great - close to everything you’ll need while staying in Marco Island! But, at the same time, the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A great park & an interesting museum are a short drive from the house as well. Communication with our host was spot on – she made sure to let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. We also loved that our host left a notebook with info about the house, restaurant recommendations & beach info. We would love to stay here again! Thanks!

First time in Fort Myers Beach for us. We absolutely loved it. Jeremy’s home was beautiful and spotless. I was impressed by all of the brand new towels , sheets, pillows, and so much more. The area was a beautiful Tropical Paradise. Plenty of places nearby to shop and eat. Very close to the beach too, which was breathtaking. And Jeremy also provided everything for a trip to the beach, including a cooler! All the pools and Laundry building was a plus! Communication was always easy with Jeremy. Always quick to respond. We are looking forward to returning next year and many more after that. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

We had a great stay at Marks place. Everything was as Mark said. Easy walk to beach each morning and we visited the restaurants Mark recommended. Very private area and we loved sitting at the pool each afternoon. Thank you Mark.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

Great stay and host! Patrick was very accommodating and place was exactly as described. Next time we come to Naples would definitely come back to stay.

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

Perfect location. My husband is from Naples & actually grew up in that same neighborhood. He was excited I had booked this home! It was clean & spacious. Near plenty of stores & the park in the neighborhood was great for our 3 kids. Our first time getting an Airbnb & it was a great experience!

Sandra’s home in Marco Island is absolutely a must-stay! The house is cozy, and beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Marco Island offers. Sandra recommended a stunning beach just 10 minutes away, and it was the highlight of our trip. Jennifer was an amazing host. Not only was she very responsive and helpful, but she was so caring and kind to my family. She showed her horses to my daughters and even let my oldest give them treats. Her house was beautiful and rustic. It was so nice to stay there and it truly felt like home. I highly recommend her stunning home.
