Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Gogebic County

We had a great time !!! The Swiss hut 1 and 2 provided us our needs after a long day of exploring the area. Cozy and warm . Great place to gather with friends and family. Thank you and hope we can come back in the near future.

We stayed at Jared & Sarah - Wolf Bay Lodge Cabin for a snowmobile trip. Hosts were easy to access through messenger and quick friendly responses. Cabin was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of futons & comfortable couch's. We rode the trails to Land O'Lakes, Watersmeet & Marenisco. I highly recommend staying here. We are already trying to plan availability when to come back to Wolf Bay Lodge.

Wonderful place to stay.

We love staying here for our annual ski trip to the ABR trails. You can ski right from the cabin which you can’t beat. House is great for cooking meals and cozying up to watch holiday movies when not skiing. The house is equipped with a great mud room and lots of hooks throughout the house to dry out ski clothes. Thanks again for a great stay!

Cozy little house literally steps from a groomed trail, less than a kilometer from ABR trailhead. Even on a busy wekend the house felt private. Hosts were very responsive and flexible, and before check in offered great suggestions for activities. House was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the hospitality and quick responses to questions we had. I needed a package shipped and the office held on to it for me until I arrived. This was perfect for our large group!

I've stayed in Calley's units many times before. She is a great host. Communicative and flexible. This unit is the best of the bunch. Updated with a great view of the slopes and lots of space.

This was a great place for us to stay with our kids for a ski weekend. Alexis was very prompt and friendly answering any of my questions. We would stay here again.

The house was exactly as described in a beautiful setting, right on the ski hill. Beautiful property. All amenities included as described except for soap and shampoo for the shower I recommend bringing your own. The host was extremely responsive and great to work with. We will definitely recommend and planning on making this an annual trip. There are a series of hikes and 5 waterfalls just down the road about 15 minutes. We had a great stay

I've stayed at Calley's places slopeside at Black River Basin a number of times. She is a great host - communicative, responsive and flexible. Her places are the best location for skiing in the area and have everything you need. See prior reviews for more info.

We came to the Upper Peninsula for fall colors. The location (at the base of a ski hill) was right on the route for one of the best color drives in the area and close to the Copper Peak ski jump that offers rides to the top to see the surrounding countryside. The charging station for our Tesla was super close at the main lodge. Eric's place was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We liked having the pinball machine for some extra fun.

Great place to stay. Close to snowmobile trails, restaurant, and bars. Rich is a pleasure to deal with and replies back quickly with any questions.

Calley is a really great host. This place is clean and comfortable with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s super convenient to Black River. True ski in / ski out. Easy drive to Jackson Creek and other local areas. These are some of the best accommodations in the area with a great host. Highly recommend! We will be back.

These are the best beds at any camp ever!

Booked the wrong date and Marissa made the date I needed work last minute. Water in the shower was hot the whole time and the bathrooms were very clean. Perfect cabin for a ski trip or snowmobiling. Would recommend this place to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft! Clean, well-equipped with everything for cooking and relaxing, and such a beautiful area. Peaceful and quiet, as we were the only guests at these cabins. We came to ski ABR and were thrilled to realize Wolverine Nordic was just across the road from our accommodations so we skied there too. We’ll be back!

The gorgeous A Frame cabins were so perfect for our end of summer family trip! We rented out both homes (house 1 + 2), we were so glad that there are 2 full bathrooms in each house, comfortable beds and sofas, the kitchen is fully stocked and functional. Such clean and cute cabins, we especially loved the large patio and fire pit. We took a day trip to Bayfield and over to Big Bay State Park where my now Fiancé proposed. It was so beautiful being back at the cabin at night with the patio lights and gorgeous cabins, this will forever be a memorable trip and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great house for a group, great selection of movies and games that were provided. Eth clear instructions and had no issues checking in and out. Very smooth process and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time! Nice location …walking distance to the hotel pub where you can get a great fish fry/ food. Family friendly. You can also use the hotel pool for a small fee. Great for kids!

Like many of the other reviews the place is definitely not huge, but we managed just fine with 5 adults and 4 kids. The bunk beds in the lower level were perfect for the kids. Not a ton of fridge and freezer space. Close to the lake, but you will need to use a car if you want to bring the kayaks. Close drive to a lot of things to see. We went to Copper Falls, Lake Superior, and Ironwood. The only complaint was the dryer didn’t seem to work the best and took several cycles to fully dry clothes. That is my only complaint though! Definitely recommended.
