Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gogebic County

Kim is an excellent host. We’ve stayed in a lot of high end hotels this past year and Kim provided more amenities than they did! Everything was spotless & she had toiletries, extra towels, already made ice and even delicious cookies! Access to the garage was especially important since there was back to back snowfalls with about 15 inches of snow. We could keep our vehicle in the garage and Kim made sure we were plowed out right away! The house is very cute - the flow of the house gave the right amount of space for four adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as advertised. Tara was awesome and very helpful. Neighbor's were nice as well. It snowed a ton while we were there, but there were a couple of snow shovels so we shoveled snow - this was by choice. Tara and the neighbors offered to help but we are from Texas and shoveling snow was a unique experience for us, so we did it ourselves for fun. The town is very charming and we had fun exploring the area. We hiked to Interstate Falls, visited the Hiawatha statue, and shopped in the downtown area. The house was cozy and warm and we all slept great despite it being below freezing outside the entire time we were there.

We were very satisfied with our experience. It was plenty of space for us and accurately described. We also enjoyed the pool table in the basement 😁.

Great base for snowmobiling out of Mass City! Property worked out great for our group. Only minor issue we had was there is an ice maker in the fridge but it didn’t work so we had to make a run for ice. Little grocery store was close by so not a big deal. We would stay here again!

Great location right inside Ironwood! I felt right at home and enjoyed that immensely with the lack of hotel options available for my work trip. Came in during a storm system came through dumping inches of snow but they kept my driveway accessible no issues! Thanks for a warm and inviting option!

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful and peaceful location, not too far from town (10-15 mins or so) but far enough away to feel secluded. Very clean home, had everything we needed, extremely comfortable beds. Definitely worth the stay, many trails in the area.

The place was easy to find thanks to the host’s clear instructions and was spotless when we arrived. The apartment was cute and perfectly centralized for our overnight stay while we drove around the UP and Northern Wisconsin for the weekend and was worth the price. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is considering staying in the area!

This is a perfect place if you are skiing at the Snowriver Mountain hills. The place is a little dated and the walls are a little thin, but we didn't want to spend our days in the condo so it didn't bother us. Peter is very polite and responsive.

Good place to stay with our two pups passing through the area for the night! Comfortable with a lot of space, and overall kind of a cool spot on the 2nd floor! There was a bunch of snow on the ground, which meant there was plenty of room to walk our dogs. Please note, there is a steep staircase to get upstairs though with no door or gate blocking it off on top, so I wouldn't recommend it for everyone, but otherwise we enjoyed our short stay!

Our group had a blast here for a weekend of skiing! It was great to be right on the run. The wood stove was so cozy after long days of skiing. The hosts are very responsive, which was so appreciated. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Very comfortable stay with our 3 small dogs! Quiet neighborhood and had plenty of amenities for our short stay.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 6 months, and it was an excellent experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for me to cook regularly, and the living area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after work. Luke was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions or requests and ensuring everything was seamless throughout my stay. Overall, this apartment felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay, whether for a few days or an extended period!

What a wonderful cozy place for our thanksgiving weekend. It snowed a lot and it was so warm and cozy inside and was so fun to watch the snow falling. The condo was very well stocked and we were able to easily make a whole thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was super fun and the beds were comfortable ! We can't wait to stay again!

Great location, ski in/ski out. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, clean, nice furniture, nice TV w/cable, close to Jacks Sky Bar.

House was well stocked of all your basic amenities. Only thing not present was an iron but sounds like the host may be getting one. The house was well kept and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and gave helpful directions to the location.

Loved staying here. The room was amazing, very homey and thoughtful. And the building is cool. We come here to ski every year and am hoping to book this same room next year!

Our group was large so we rented two units in The Bunkhouse . It was a great option for us! We would definitely stay here again.

The Red Room condo was a nice place to stay! Decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable place to stay.

Nina’s place was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was beautifully set up and had everything we needed and more! The surroundings were beautiful and an easy drive to the Porcupine Mountain’s State Park. We had a perfect weekend exploring the area and enjoying the condo. Thank You Nina!
