We loved it and while we didn’t need to contact Elaine and Greg about anything I know that they were available if needed. We would go back there if we returned to Arkansas. Very clean, water in fridge for us at arrival. We were there for a month lots to do in hot springs and surrounding area, our son, daughter in law and grandkids came down for a week and they loved it also.

The house was fabulous and met all our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked. Sleeping arrangements were just what fit our situation. This was our second time to stay at this location and if we are able to travel there again we definitely would stay here a third time!!

We absolutely loved this house! David met us at the house and allowed us to check in early and gave us a tour of the house to show us where everything was. There was plenty of parking for 2 enclosed trailers, plenty of beds (for 10), bathrooms, seating for dinner and to just sit around and relax. We were able to ride our SXS straight to the off-road park from the house. If you want to take a walk in the neighborhood it’s very peaceful. We would definitely stay in this home again if in the area and it was available! Thank You for sharing your home with us.

This place was great for our friends & family. The only challenging thing was the stairs to lake, going down was ok but coming up was a challenge. Not recommended for older family members. Beautiful view from the glassed in sunroom. We had a great time! Plenty of room for a large together or family reunion.

We had a lovely mini reunion at Mark’s place with our two kids, spouses and granddaughter. The house provided plenty of space for the 7 of us to gather as well as have our own quiet space when needed. It was nice to have a dining room table big enough for all of us to gather around. We took advantage of the kayaks and just sitting on the dock. The porches were so relaxing too. We mostly stayed at the house but did venture out to a resturant (there were plenty to choose from) and to Balboa beach a couple of times. I was hesitant to book something as big as this house but it really turned out perfect for us. The only hiccup was that Airbnb did not email us the code to the door but one quick phone call to Mark resolved that issue. I had one other question during the weekend and he was prompt to email me back. I would love to return to this Paradise on the Lake.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host than Diana. The house was extremely well stocked if you are a family like ours that likes to cook! Her response time is unbelievable and she is so caring. The location of the home was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. We rented a boat from lake Catherine state park and we were able to park it at the dock at our house. The house was very clean. Absolutely nothing bad to say! We had 7 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room for sleeping.

This has got to be one of the top Airbnb that we had ever stayed at! Everything was nice and clean. Gated access so we always felt safe and secure. Master bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Nice wrap around balcony with amazing views. Fire pit was one of the highlights of our stay. Cabin was very warm and cozy. Right by the highway but we never really noticed as location was surrounded by trees. Very secluded and quick access to get down to the main road into town for dining. Close to mining areas and beautiful hiking trails. Was hoping to see some animals out in the back but as we were mostly gone from the cabin during the day, we might have missed the chance to. However, I did catch a quick glimpse of a small animal that could be a wildlife canine on the other side of the hill behind the cabin but it was almost too fast that I could not make out what it was. Did see a few squirrels. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

This is a beautiful home overlooking Lake Hamilton. The outdoor spaces (multiple decks and patios) were AWESOME. I watched the sun rise over the lake sitting on very cozy outdoor furniture with my coffee. It is a quiet neighborhood. There was ample room for us to sit in soft seating in three different rooms. The downstairs game room was filled with fun board games, air hockey, an arcade machine, full-size fridge and much more. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for the whole family. The only thing wrong with our visit was that we didnt have more time to spend in this lovely place. Tarry was VERY responsive to all my messages and went out of his way to make our visit flawless. Thank you for everything, Tarry! We hit the jackpot when we found this place.
