We had a wonderful time staying here. High quality furniture, comfy beds and soft towels. It felt like no expense had been spared, certainly better than the average Airbnb. There is a Mexican restaurant immediately outside the gate to the complex, it’s tasty, you should book this place and eat there. My kids enjoyed the basketball court and beach volleyball net which you get access to. Kitchen and was well stocked, we cooked a Thanksgiving meal here for 6 people and kitchen was easily up to the job. The lake view is also stunning.

Will definitely return and hope this place is available for our next trip to Hot Springs

Perfect scenic getaway for couples or families with older children. My husband and I went with our toddler. He’s used to not touching breakables so we knew it wouldn’t be an issue, but if your young one does have an issue with that, I’d consider somewhere else. It was a little rainy the morning after we stayed and the lake still looked beautiful. This is the kind of place I expect to find through Airbnb: a home away from home. Not just some hotel getaway. I loved their little snack basket provided by the fridge.

Loved my stay here, I can't believe this location and view came at such an affordable price. I've already planned my next visit for when the weather is warmer. Great kitchen, clean rooms and enough space for your family to relax. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Also, the master bed is HUGE!

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Mimi’s place was great! Had all the amenities as listed, very clean, and comfortable. Mimi went above and beyond and got birthday goodies for my partners birthday too! Had a wonderful time and have now stayed through Mimi two times and would continue to do so on future visits!

Great place to stay for a weekend in hot springs. Location was great and the home was in very good condition.

My family (2 children, 2 adults) enjoyed our time at this location. The description met our expectations. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing games and watching movies. We took time to go into Hot Springs and check out some of the recommendations on places to go. This was just what our family needed. A nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay on vacation. My kids have already asked to go back in the summer.

Cute place, looks recently remodeled and best of all it was affordable. The boat deck was a nice, we paid $10 to use the boat launch around the corner. Convenient location close to Hot Springs downtown.

Stephen’s place was awesome. You walk right in and it feels like home. The back porch was amazing, even with all the rain we had during our stay. It is an older place but there is nothing wrong with a homey place for the weekend. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. Access to the lake was great! The young adults really enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the lake. It was spacious enough to accommodate our family.

The house was well equipped and stocked with everything needed for a 6 day stay. Plenty of towels, lots of charging ports which was very handy, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfy, plenty of closet space with hangers, and we had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend it.

Wonderful place for a family get together! Plenty of living space for a lot of people. Well stocked kitchen and appreciated the coffee filters! 2 sets of washer and dryer. We were very happy they had a Blackstone grill! We cooked every meal on it! Beds were comfortable, they supplies plenty of towels and even hotel size toiletries. They communicated well and I would recommend this place for your next gathering. About 15-20 min to downtown Hot Springs and National Park.

Karen’s place was adorable—and much bigger than the pictures show. Lots of room! We appreciated the location…on the water and quick/easy access to Central which took us in to downtown in minutes. We want to come back when it’s warm to enjoy the lake!

Our stay was amazing, beautiful view and clear instructions. We were snowed in and so a lot was closed but we still had an amazing time.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

The condo was clean and updated. Has a great view of the lake from the balcony porch. Martha provided a booklet with local recommendations and clear check out instructions. They were communicative about construction in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Gary and Angie were awesome hosts. Very friendly and fast responding. The condo was so beautiful inside and out. The sunrise in the morning was breathtaking. My son is already bugging us to go back LOL, so I would say mission accomplished. Thank you again Gary and Angie for a great, peaceful, and quiet place to relax.

Had a great time at Kathy’s condo. Was close enough to downtown while also having a really beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely book again.

My family and I came to get out of the routine a little and this was the ideal place. We had the lake in front of us which filled us with a lot of peace and disconnected us from the daily hustle and bustle. My husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and a good chat without noise or interruptions. The place is quite cozy and Anne was quite friendly...I definitely recommend it!
