Great quiet getaway! Less than 15 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. The evenings were quiet and enjoyed the hot tub. In the mornings, deer feed is dropped in the driveway street so able to enjoy the morning visitors while drinking coffee on the covered patio in rocking chairs. Definitely recommend booking this gem!

Our stay was exactly as described. We walked everywhere we wanted to go on main st. There's a coffee shop/cafe two blocks away that made a nice morning walk.

This place was the perfect stay for our anniversary getaway! The backyard was everything we needed to have a romantic time with just the two of us! The best part about the house is that it's literally 2-5 minutes from everything we wanted to do! We would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. We were wanting to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend if you are wanting a place to unwind but still short drive to downtown and all of the activities.

I had such a peaceful stay at this beautiful farmhouse in Fredericksburg. The countryside setting was stunning and so relaxing, with cute animals adding extra charm. The interior was perfectly styled — every detail matched the cozy farmhouse vibe. Ryan was a great host, always available when I needed anything. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway in nature!

Wonderful experience! The home itself was a masterpiece—immaculately clean, with stunning furniture that blended rustic charm with modern elegance. The fabrics throughout the space, felt luxurious yet homey. Every detail was curated with care, from the faux animal rug to the crisp, high-thread-count sheets that made slipping into bed a dream. The hot tub was clean and a perfect addition to the home. Very relaxing! The host was exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Before we even arrived, they sent a message. Throughout our stay, their communication was perfect—available when needed but never intrusive. We can’t wait to return!

Peaceful, quiet and within driving distance to Natural areas and State parks for hiking, swimming and sightseeing seeing. Fredericksburg Wineries are close if that’s what you’re also looking for during your vacation. Dark skies for night photography. All around great location.

This was such a cute home for my husband and I to spend our wedding anniversary! The perfect amount of space for two people. We enjoyed the hot tub and Cari’s recommendations for local restaurants! The home was clean, had plenty of amenities, and matched the pictures. We felt safe, it was quiet, and it was so close to everything we wanted to do/see! I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-quality home close to Main street!

Monica is a lovely host and her family's ranch is the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet, yet still be near all the wineries and Fredericksburg. The location was perfect. The house is an old farmhouse but it was clean, full of charm and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook (or not), and the homemade breakfast treats were amazing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this listing! I booked fairly last minute as a birthday trip for my husband to visit Fredericksburg and the surrounding wine country for the first time. We had a fantastic time and this location was perfect for our needs. We brought our 2 year old puppy as well and we particularly loved this location given its being surrounding by plenty of Texas plain for our daily walks with our puppy. Would highly recommend this as a cozy enclave that's peaceful but still easily accessible to town and wine country for all your weekend needs.

The place was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk over to the Texas Wine Collective. Our cabin was clean and homey and we were able to bring our dog along.

We felt right at home in this spacious, comfortable, clean house. Our hosts were very generous with all the amenities offered. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, away from all the parties and live music on Main St. There is an incredible back yard, and even though we couldn't use it because of the burn ban, we still enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evenings, chatting, and watching the stars come out. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This place was perfect for a long weekend getaway. We try to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday work life and this place was definitely peaceful and quiet. It was just minutes from the wineries on 290. We loved that it was pet friendly and that there were longhorns on site that kept our one year old excited to step outside. Suzanne was clear on her instructions. So, there was minimal communication needed. We would definitely visit again.

Was very peaceful and quiet. Was extremely clean, and I was surprised by the quality of the everything, not your typical cheap air bnb quality.

Fresh linens and towels, clean smells, pastries, and quiet music greeted us when we opened the door. We were able to walk to downtown Fredericksburg in about 20 minutes to eat and enjoy the shops. Great recommendations for places to eat and visit from our host. We especially liked to outdoor gas fire pit. What a treat to have coffee and pastries from the local German bakery by the fire in the morning.

Had injured my leg (away from B&B) and rented a scooter. I left on a Sunday and they offered to secure it until it could be picked up on the movie. They were available at all times and extremely friendly and responsive to why I called. I am 75 and was traveling alone so this was very reassuring. Finally, the place was immaculate and beautifully decorated to the point where it could have been renovated just the day before I got there. The bed was extremely comfortable with perfect pillows. However, the bed was high. I would only recommend a small stool under the bed for those of us 5’5” and less. Lewana

Our Valentine Getaway was everything we needed. Host left us Valentine candies and snacks! We had a early morning walk, very peaceful walked the entire property. The miniature donkey's were adorable! They followed us for a bit.. The sunrise, coffee and Axis deer made a perfect ending to our getaway. We will definitely make this a return rental...

This cottage was so clean and beautiful! The furnishings are antique and add a lot of character, making it the perfect spot for a girls weekend away from the kids! Would definitely stay here again!

Easy in and out. Pricey but on par with comparable bnbs. Not a modern spot but is Charming, quaint, quirky as described. Loved it!

My guests and I very much enjoyed our stay at Fredericksburg Cottage! The hostess, Angela was very responsive and provided some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the area. She even had a complimentary continental breakfast waiting for us in the fridge! The house was spotless when we arrived and had some great amenities, such as a coffee bar. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back in the future!

Jean was a very helpful host was there when I needed her and was such a friendly person to rent from ! It was my first time renting an Airbnb and she has definitely set the bar, I hope to visit her place soon it was a very enjoyable experience.
