Very nice, clean villa. The hostess was easy to communicate with and was gracious enough to let us have early check in. The location was scenic and peaceful and close to downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor bar area as well. Had a very pleasant stay!

Our stay was lovely! Aide was proactive reaching out, was super friendly, and shared clear instructions.

The place was quiet and a nice play to stay with a small family. Close to town and the host was very helpful.

The hacienda was a perfect fit for my husband and I! It was very romantic and clean. We love how it was nice and quiet and we were able to get plenty of rest and just six minutes away from downtown. We are looking forward to coming back. The host responded to us promptly and also allow us a late check out. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Sean was a fantastic host. We had a group of 10 girls in town to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and we had such a great time and felt right at home. Everything was just as pictured. Sean responded very quickly to our pool concerns and we were able to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone interested!

We plan a twice a year trip to Fredericksburg and we always love finding a new great place to stay, and Marcus’ place right off Main Street did not disappoint. The home was clean and accommodating and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in Fredericksburg. If you like steak and live music, Crossroads Saloon is right down the street and makes for a quick/easy date night that’s nearby along with all the other attractions. We will stay again!

The pictures don’t do justice to this charming cottage. It is tastefully decorated with interesting decor. Lovely bedding, nice outdoor seating area and the washer and dryer were a plus. Afton and Kelsey were very responsive when we were having issues with the AC/Heat. They immediately resolved the problem. Loved their recommendations for restaurants. You cannot go wrong with Charlotte’s Cottage.

We had a really relaxing stay at that is wonderful house. The decor was so beautiful and luxurious. It felt like something special while also feeling very homey. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Fredericksburg. Our host had wonderful communication. Checking in & out was super easy. I highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our time at the Ochre Haus! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Plenty of lines and such. It's a super cute house! Cuter than the pictures in the listing. Parking at the house is simple, and just a short walk to main street. I would definitely stay here again.

Walked into such a clean and beautiful place. Love this little spot, they had some cute bunnies by a fireplace playing jazz music for us when we walked in. Loved that so much. We had such a great time, bed was super comforatble. Loved the shower. Weather was amazing when we went so enjoyed the hot tub. Super close to everything, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Thank you Cady!

Comfortable condo. Really appreciated the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the furniture was comfortable and accommodating. Pictures are accurate. Neighborhood was quiet, but close to Main Street, wineries, and Hye (Garrison Brothers).

Went to Fredericksburg for a girls weekend. Akiko’s place was perfect! We loved it. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! We enjoyed using the massage chair-such a nice bonus. The place was well stocked and so beautifully decorated! It’s a 5 minute drive to Main Street. We attended First Baptist Church of Fredericksburg on Sunday morning. It’s just down the street! Our favorite meal out by far was Cafe Dimona! We even tried to go a second time because it was so delicious! (Unfortunately for us, they were closed that day). I would absolutely stay at Akiko’s place again the next time I’m in Fredericksburg! Highly recommend! 😁

Rachel’s place was perfect in every way! It was very clean and cozy with everything we needed while staying for the weekend. The location was honestly the best! Within a 2 min drive to anything we needed but very peaceful and quiet. We didn’t hear a single noice while staying even with neighbors. The outdoor area was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the fire pit and patio. Beds were comfortable. We would suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep on the pullout couch. The location right on the main road had constant road noise. It was a perfect spot for a girls night away. We had a great time!

We chose this place because the pictures were beautiful but didn’t do it any justice. In person it was breathtaking and had a washer and dryer which not all locations do. There were lots of spaces around the home to relax alone and others to share and spend time together. The reviews posted were positive and we gave it a shot. My daughters and I enjoyed that it was minutes from the strip and easy to locate from any point. Loved it! Rachel was responsive and her Airbnb was on point! Absolutely recommend and will book for a longer stay next time. Book this cottage you won’t regret it!

The condo was very clean and we felt at home immediately. Kitchen was well appointed and everything has been thought out and planned well. The hot tub was spotless and worked flawlessly. Though this is one condo in a collection of four, it felt very private. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. A great value as well!
