This was our second stay and again we felt like we were welcomed from the minute we unlocked the door. Cullen was proactive, friendly and responsive. We enjoy being a little further out sometimes as it is VERY quiet and makes for a nice walk to & from Main Street. The neighborhood is welcoming so get ready to wave at everyone that passes by.

Loved our stay at cocos cabin. Exactly as described and so cozy. Wish we would’ve stayed another day 🥰 waking up to some beautiful creatures near the cabin was my favorite part. You won’t regret booking if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. Also, host was super friendly with great communication. Will def be back :)

Was such a cute place to stay! Pretty close to your neighbors and would be great for a big group. Make sure you keep the curtains closed if you don’t know the guests on the property, they could see right in and we could hear conversations that happened outside so I’m sure they could hear us too. We loved the location, it was close enough to everything without being right in the thick of things and noisy. The accommodations were perfect and they responded to my request for more towels in a timely manner. The fireplace and tub were such a great touch, I loved that part the most. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This place was great! The Fire restrictions in the county made it hard to use all the amenities. I would check the local regulations if the fire pit is essential to you. Otherwise, the location was great, the room was clean, and the customer service was excellent.

We spent 5 days at the Riddle House and had a great stay. There was fantastic weather for early February, which allowed us to take full advantage of the back yard, including the hot tub and fire pit. We had our pooch with us, and she enjoyed the freedom of the huge fenced in yard. The riddle was fun and we found the hidden room. All in all, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the place clean on arrival. We had a minor issue after we arrived with the hot tub. We contacted Jourdan to describe the issue, and she had a maintenance person stop by within 45 minutes and he quickly got things right. Really appreciated the quick response. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for a long weekend with our friends and this was the perfect place for us! The second we walked in we felt right at home, had a great amount of space for 4 adults, was very clean and comfortable. We loved the atmosphere and how easy it was to walk downtown. The check in and out process was so easy and smooth. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time for our annual girls trip. house was clean and had all the amenities! the jacuzzi was perfect and hot. love our stay.

Great house with ample space for large family and excellent amenities to entertain for long weekend. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with the few questions we had throughout our stay. House was in great condition and everything as described. Highly recommend and we will be staying again.

We visited for the first time in Fredericksburg and this Airbnb was perfect! We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Our dog loved being in the backyard and we were able to take advantage of the fire pit during our stay as well. Kristi provided us with great recommendations making the planning for meals and exploration easy.

Such a fantastic property. Has every amenity of home. I was able to cook a few nice meals during the visit and had everything I needed. The house was beautiful and very clean. The hot tub as well was pristine. The beds and linen were comfortable. Joe was very responsive and helpful to everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this property more. This will be our place of choice for our future visits to Fredericksburg.

The unit at Austin Four Twelve was a great place to headquarter for my Anniversary weekend. The home was well appointed and had several nice touches. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, the hot tub was much needed to relax and the bed was comfortable. The little additions like a fridge with waters, a portable standing fan, the easy-to-use fireplace, and and some great coffee made the space all the better. My only critique was that the neighboring porch light cast a fair bit of light on the window near the bed, but drawing the curtain certainly helped shield at least a little bit of the light. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit in the future.

This is the best spot you can pick! The home was extremely cute, very romantic and quaint. It was close to Main Street and the hot tub was just perfect! The porch light team was phenomenal, they helped me make the trip special and they were extremely communicative. Pick this one, you won’t be disappointed!

We were so happy to find such a perfect place to stay. The parking is a bit difficult. But the good thing is that once you find a spot you never have to leave because everything is within walking distance. We were so happy with all the amenities. We enjoyed just hanging out and people watching from such a great view!! We will definitely stay here again!
