The place is absolutely beautiful! In fact, it looks like a model home! We stayed the 3rd weekend in March and the weather was beautiful. Thus, we spent most of our time on the back patio which was nicely shaded. We paid extra to heat the pool and we are so glad we did. They heat it to 87 degrees so walking into the pool was quite comfortable. The pool is a bit hard for the very young and very old to enter and exit as there is no handrail. It is a lovely pool however with approximately a third of it around 4 feet deep and the rest quite deep. They provided some pool toys which was nice for the kids. The place had a pack and play and a booster seat which was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked including enough cloth napkins for our large group. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house was very nice and spacious, yet cozy, especially the kids' room which made our daughter's stay a great one! The backyard is huge and offered lots of space for our pups to stretch their paws. The house had everything we needed which made our stay a really pleasant one. We would stay here again next time we're in the area!

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

One of our favs is Hop Social! The kitchen is well stocked and we definitely took the opportunity to cook dinners in and hang out. It’s our 3rd year and we’re planning a 4th! We recently came back to Gilbert to stay for the holidays and found this townhouse. It turned out to be the perfect place for our family! Everything was extremely nice and new. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we were able to make dinner there every night. The complex is in a very nice location in Gilbert and the amenities including the hot tub and pickleball courts were lots of fun. Sophia is an excellent host and great to work with. We are already planning to book here again when we return this summer!
