Renters will have access to the shared patio with the owners and a BBQ grill. Owners will not use the patio while you are the guest. No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. My son and I were here for his baseball tournament and to see some Spring Training games. This place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry as needed. The condo was clean and updated and the location was quiet and safe as well as fairly central to our activities. Lisa was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry as well as flexible with some of our last minute needs. Great deal for the price, I would definitely stay here again if we come back for more baseball next year!

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The place was just as expected; beautiful, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived we were unsure of where to go but the host’s assisted answered immediately and helped guide us. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great; central to all things (restaurants, activities- golf, hiking, etc). We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pub on the first floor. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was so relaxing! Our only complaint was the loud street noise at night, but we made due with a sound machine. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay again.
