Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gilbert

Perfect for our family get together!!! We had a large group with children of varying ages and there was so much to entertain them all. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Melissa and Josh are great hosts and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better space for our family and will definitely rent again for the next reunion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Arizona at this wonderful home. Clean, quiet and very central to so many great restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had plenty of space. Large comfortable bedrooms fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home and ordering in. Common spaces were great, but the outdoor area is where it’s at! Lovely firepit with plenty of seating. Great size heated pool for relaxing or playing with our boys. We highly recommend this home for a stay in the greater Phoenix area!

Great stay! There was a problem with the heater, but Paul and his team were very responsive and got it taken care of that day! Would definitely stay here again.

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

I loved this lovely and cozy location. There was more than I needed and expected, I was able to check in early and I easily walked to the Roosevelt Row for all the fun coffee shops and restaurants. Easy, quick access to the highway and to downtown. If I’m ever back to Phoenix, I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Communication from the initial booking was great. Upon arrival instructions was clear. Easy access to the condo (keyless entry ). The condo looked exactly like the photos on the site. The condo was clean , TVs in living room and bedroom. Balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to catch the sunrise. The couch was comfy, kitchen and bathroom clean. Laundry was a plus! the microwave heats fast...loved that. The bedroom was great, the bed was large and comfortable w/access to the balcony. We didn't use any outside amenities. Nearby restaurants rather dine in or carry out. My favorite is Canes (not one near my home). Walmart nearby to grab groceries and/or toiletries . Nightlife approx 25-30min drive which wasn't a big deal for us it allowed us to sightsee. The condo made us feel right at home. The home was stocked w/necessities. I did purchase face towels as I tend to do with any airbnb. I highly recommend and I would definitely rebook my next visit to AZ

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Phoenix, AZ, we like to stay in the area near the Biltmore because there is so much to do. We “loved” our stay at Sarah’s modern and updated condo in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood. The condo was new, fresh and updated throughout. The beds are comfy, the condo community is secure and quiet, the workout and pool areas are a great amenity. This condo was more than adequate for two people but would easily fit another couple or family of four. This condo is walkable to the grocery store, restaurants, dry cleaners and a nice coffee shop. Hiking is just 5-10 minutes away; a ten minute walk gets you to shopping and more restaurants or a lovely walk around the Biltmore property. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia is nearby too! If you are visiting Phoenix, I highly recommend choosing this as your option for your vacation home away from home.

Lovely - comfy bed, was offered early check and late check out without asking. Had everything for cooking and alvina was very responsive! Felt very safe too!

Great place as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and was easy access to where I needed to go for this trip to the Phoenix area. Internet speeds were a bit slow which was more of an annoyance rather than a big problem. I would recommend this place if you are going to be needing to stay proximal to the Tempe area.

Jessica’s condo was restful and relaxing. Perfect for recovering from treatments at Mayo. Close to Walgreens and several grocery stores and many restaurants. We were comfortable with our dogs and had great places to walk them with trails by the golf course. We would stay again

The house was nice and big for all of my family and friends. The house was clean and had several games and nice amenities. We had fun and shared nice memories around the fire pit. Hughberry was very responsive and friendly. I recommend this place as it is well worth the money. Terry

This might be my favorite Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. Ryan was fantastic with communication! We had a full house of 8, and we all felt like we still had a ton of privacy when needed. The pool table was awesome to have in the main house, and the casita was gorgeous. Everything about the property was spectacular and exceeded my expectations. The entire house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the linens as well. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this house for anyone! Ryan was also great with letting us check in early, which helped out my family a lot. Five stars!!!

Great house for 4 adult men on a golfing weekend. 2 primary bedrooms and 2 additional queens, huge kitchen, nice outdoor space, quiet location, very close to the airport. Gus was very responsive. Thanks for hosting.

Our stay at Benedikt's was nothing short of amazing. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The charcuterie tray, eggs, bread, and milk were a kind touch. The view of the Superstition Mountains from the patio is breathtaking. We couldn't have picked a better place to escape the IL winter. Thank you so much for sharing your special place.

If ever an Airbnb was deserving of a fabulous review, this would be the place. A palm trees and cactuses piece of perfection. 

There’s not one aspect of this property, the interior or exterior that isn’t delightful. We enjoyed it so much I wrote a little poem. This place deserves its own poem. 

There’s something very calming about it; the colors, decorative pieces, artwork, lighting, fabrics, furnishings. Everything about this place makes you want to stay. We even stayed an extra week.

Amazing place to take the family for a getaway. Kids loved the pool! It was the perfect temperature. They also loved the lawn games in backyard. Dog friendly space that was perfect for our lil furry pup! From the moment we walked in the home felt like ours! Very welcoming and comfortable. It was perfect!
