This place had everything we wanted. The movie theater stood out to us as we used it a lot during our down time. It’s a perfect distance between Hard Rock, Raymond James Stadium and downtown. Our Hosts always checked in to make sure we had what we needed! Definitely recommend

due to Helene there was no wifi. Maria and her husband purchased a separate wifi device just so we had wifi. very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Revaldo was the best host I’ve had in all of my stays with AirBnb. Was very nice and responsive to everything I had questions or concerns with. Just an amazing and luxurious experience. I would 10/10 recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Clearwater area.

We had a wonderful stay! The outdoor bar and sitting area was perfect for a quiet gathering. The accent lights went on automatically at dark, with some additional string lights that we turned on. Super comfortable inside and out! My son loved the private room outside with his own air conditioner. Any time we had a question, it was answered within the hour. The house was ideal for us! Our flight came in early, and they were able to accommodate us. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this very elegant home in an upscale neighborhood, set in a peaceful area with lots of wildlife! The house is well equipped with linens and toiletries and a well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. All the beds are very comfy and the living areas are spacious and clean. The view of the morning sunrise in the screened in lanai is a perfect place to practice morning yoga! Calvin is an excellent host and very responsive! All instructions are clearly available and the light switches are all labeled. If we return to this area we will definitely stay at this vacation home again! Thank you Calvin!

Great home close to several cute shops and a brewery as well as Spaddy’s coffee. All within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at Karina’s! The location was great, it had lots of space, and was comfortable and very clean. Karina was good at communicating and replied quickly when we had any questions. If we return to Tampa we will definitely stay here again. Lori

Outstanding place! Will definitely be back. We were three adults and three kiddos under 7 and the pool provided the right amount of fun and entertainment these kiddos needed. Sitting in the living room after the kiddos fell asleep was heavenly, quiet, clean, cozy and the couch was large enough for us three adults to lounge comfortably. The lighting was outstanding and the decor made you feel like you are on some remote island in the south pacific, relaxing and happy after a busy day of exploring nearby beaches. The beds were a delight, bedding was super soft, bathrooms and kitchen had everything one could want. And did I mention this place is truly spotless - like you could eat from the floor it’s so sparkling clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Lina's house! The location is ideal – located in a quiet neighborhood close to the highway, making it convenient for local exploration. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people, though it's worth noting that there is not a dining room table – only a bar top with seating for 3. However, the house makes excellent use of space with large rooms and the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and linens that were luxurious. There were a few details that were overlooked or could use addressing, but nothing major. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and had just the right amount of room. Loved the back porch. If you enjoy walking and like being away from all the hustle and bustle of city life and less traffic this is the perfect place for you. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed having grocery and other stores nearby. We were a little disappointed with there being no golf course, we had no idea that they were closed down. But had some nice walking paths. I would recommend this house for vacation.

It was a great place for a staycation. We had the best time. A beautiful place, the mornings were amazing. So close to everything yet it felt so peaceful.

Jason was an absolutely wonderful host and so accommodating. We had several travel issues and needed to find a place last minute, and Jason was super responsive and helped get our vacation back on track. He's super helpful and his home is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many things. An amazing place to stay and relax. So glad we found his home, it truly saved our vacation.

Where do I begin, this place is nothing short of beautiful and comfortable. I felt as if I was at home in many ways. Jason and Todd made sure to introduce themselves and make sure that everything was properly taken care of. It’s was very private and welcoming, even with the owners on the property in their own space.The out door space was my favorite, I enjoyed the grill and late night movies with the fans blowing. The hot tub was perfect and I could stay there day and night. There were multiple fire pits all over will lots of seating. Jason had plenty of local recommendations and was there to figure things out at the drop of a hat. This place had everything and more if I could think of it, it was there. I felt so spoiled at times. I not only enjoyed my stay at this big lovely and wonderful home, but I also gained a set of new friends. This home is one of my favorites and I definitely recommend it for private couples, adult family, or friends trips you won’t be disappointed.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

This was a great home for our stay! We had a great time and will definitely reach out on our next trip!

Vito allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had to check out of our resort at 11am in Kissimmee then drive an hour and a half to Largo. The home was very easy to find and check in. Once we entered the home we could feel the love Vito puts into welcoming his guests. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The snacks and waters were such a sweet touch. The kids, and Grandma, lol, enjoyed playing pac man. We all appreciated the big TV’s not only in the living room, but also bedrooms: an amenity we take for granted at home, but had to do without at other Airbnbs and hated it, so we are truly grateful Vito has them in his home. The home really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our peace there after five days at the very busy Disney parks. Thanks again Vito. We look forward to coming again.
