Monthly Rentals in Gibsonia

Deborah was super flexible with check-in. My flight arrived late night. I was able to check in, No problem. The house was clean and tidy. Everything looked like the pictures. Beds were made up nice with plenty of extra bedding and towels. We got to spend Halloween here and it was amazing! Our 3yr old loved trick or treating the neighborhood and handing out candy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is super cute!. Street parking, right out front of the house. Grocery store maybe 6 min away. Deborah supplied the dish soaps, trash bags, even shampoo. Everything about our stay here was great, even Deborah, herself. She was always very responsive with any questions we had and allowed us to extend our stay twice, actually. She's super flexible. The price was great! I would most definitely stay here again. It's a great little family home. I have no complaints! Everything was great! We really enjoyed it! Thanks so much Deb, for everything!

The cottage is lovely and situated on a farm, with a farm stand directly across from the entrance. Upon arrival, I was greeted with six fabulous fresh eggs in the refrigerator. Initially, I found the trap door to the laundry a bit off-putting, but after using it once, I loved it. Everything in the cottage was well thought out. As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I was pleased to find that I didn’t need to pre-clean anything. I would give this place five stars, as it met all my expectations.

The place was in a great location, it was a bit worn but clean. When issues arised, Dan reacted quickly.

David's place was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Keurig coffees, bottles of water and snack bars were provided. Kitchen had everything you could need. The bathroom was clean, and had little shampoos and soaps. David was very responsive. Highly recommend. It is a little distance from the heart of the city, though for us the location was perfect.
