Monthly Rentals in Germantown

This place was just what we needed. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and we had no problems at all. Very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Rick and Tammy were amazing hosts! They were able to accommodate my last minute request when my other airbnb had issues with their water. They had anything and everything you would need for your stay. It was super cozy and quaint. My kids loved playing with Bruno their frenchie. Overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Laura and Matt’s place. Their home is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Hosts are very friendly and even baked fresh cookies and shared local places to visit. Dry accommodating and responsive- Thank you for everything!

The brown deer apartment was very, very nice!!!! The host gave exact clear instructions. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities that were originally offered! The workout facility was convenient and nicely appointed! All in all it’s was an excellent stay would definitely stay there again!!!!!
