Host Jamie was GREAT! Place was decent. Comfortable but needs updates. Furniture was old and looked a little dirty to my liking. Wished it had blackout curtains to sleep in! Wish it had an elevator just so it was easier to move around with wagon full of beach stuff. But otherwise very happy with our stay!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay across the four cottages we rented for the week of our wedding. The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from St. Augustine, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy the historic charm and local attractions. The cottages themselves were fantastic: clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the shared amenities — the pool was a huge hit, and the BBQ area made it easy for us to gather and relax together. Being so close to each other was ideal for our group and made the whole week feel like one big celebration. The hosts were wonderful to work with — check-in was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was top-notch, from the immaculate accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The Jacuzzi was such a fun and relaxing touch, and the short walk to the beach made it even more special. Saint Augustine’s beauty was all around us, with incredible sights just minutes away. This was the perfect spot for our family’s special celebration, marking my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Amazing place! it was my family’s and i first time using airbnb and we picked the best spot! it’s peaceful, it’s close to major tourists places and Anna, the host was amazing! she answers questions quickly, very helpful and kind. Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

The kitchen features wooden ceiling beams and a combination of white cabinetry and dark countertops. A central island with seating is highlighted, while modern appliances are neatly arranged. Natural light enters through multiple windows, enhancing the airy feel of the space.

I love the charm of this home, chefs kitchen, the house felt spacious, we loved hanging out in the backyard and the front porch, close walk into town but close to the beaches too and lots of local restaurants in walking distance

This place was even more beautiful than we expected. The home was well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of eight. The nearby beach was stunning and great for swimming. Technically, you can walk there, but it's a bit of a hike that requires a long u-turn on the road. With small children, we drove the short distance instead, but there was always plenty of parking in the free public lot. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful and quiet community, and an amazing house. We loved our stay!

Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The bed was sooooo comfy and everything was immaculate! Truly a gorgeous home, if you ever decide to sell, let me know Christopher LOL 10/10 recommend
