Perfect location for our trip. First class communication with Briody and superb instructions, directions, made it very easy. A great apartment, excellently equipped, super clean and great facilities in building, pool, gym, garage etc. I will recommend this to my friends/colleagues and will definitely stay again when next in Melbourne Thanks Briody for a great stay

The accommodation was perfect: quiet, very clean, so homely and comfortable. Glenys could not have been kinder. She gave excellent recommendations for food, vineyards, places to walk, many of which we did! We also had our little dog Lucy with us and a special thank you for allowing her. She is 14 and as we want to spend as much time with her a possible having fun, the little trip away allowed us to create some lovely memories which we are grateful for. Could not recommend this place and Glenys more. Many thanks again.

Marcus and Zahra were great hosts. They were on top of their communication and very helpful. The space was exactly as listed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well! Would recommend :)

My husband & I have stayed at Liana's Airbnb twice now, when we travel to Melbourne we will always try & get into her accommodation. The apartment was great and a very central city location with free trams close by, as well as an IGA for any food supplies. Everything was very clean with all necessary amenities supplied. A modern and very comfortable apartment offering great value for money. Host communicated well. Can recommend and would rebook to stay again on any future trips.

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

It was the perfect little apartment for my month in Melbourne- It literally has “everything” you need. Karen is the Hostess with the Mostest- A Super Pro & the shower was great too.

Apartment is spacious, comfy, well equipped and in a quiet part of this leafy suburb. It was easy to walk to local parks, shops and the tram line. I contacted Simone who responded almost immediately and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Frances and Ray were the ultimate hosts. Nothing was too hard and they went the extra mile when our car broke down. The unit itself was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. So many extra treats including wine, chocolates and an array of hot beverage choices. We could not recommend Frances play any higher. A perfect spot to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Stella’s apartment is a beautiful little gem! From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately at home. It’s cosy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. While there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom, leaving the door open to the living room keeps it perfectly cool. The window overlooking the green backyard gives a wonderful sense of being in nature—despite being right in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the park, the beach, and lovely cafés. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming and peaceful retreat!

Excellent location for us. We loved the terrace with a nice view of Melbourne stadiums and a decent vantage to the CBD as well. Tram right outside was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs we stayed at. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment was super nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was just amazing and exactly what we were looking for during our last days in Australia. Also the view is really cool. You can park in the garage which was nice too. And the communication was also great. We really had nothing to complain about. If you can, stay here!

Guoyuns place was the perfect accomodation for our attendance at a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
