"Amazing Stay with a Perfect Location and Stunning Views" I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The view from the apartment was incredible, especially during sunrise and sunset i could’ve spent hours just looking out the window. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great apartment in a very modern and clean building. We enjoyed our stay here and Suzanne was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Spacious, clan & tidy house. Easy access with the locked key. Light-filled rooms with expansive windows. Bedrooms are large & the beds are comfortable. The main bathroom is renovated nicely & there is a 2nd separate toilet. Kitchen and lounge area are large & functional. The only one small annoyance was the tv remote control not functioning properly in the lounge room. It is the only tv in the house. The surrounding area is quiet, with only minimal traffic. Neighbouring houses were quiet as well. Some grass lawn for play. An easy 300m walk to the Barwon River for picturesque walks, running & cycling. I do recommend, and would stay again.

Our family group had a wonderful time at Tania and Jay’s place! The view was breathtaking, definitely a huge selling point. We were travelling with an 8 month old and a two year old, and there was plenty of space within the house to tuck the kids away for a sleep, so that the rest of the house wasn’t disturbed! 3 bathrooms is a huge plus when you’re with a big group. Plenty of great kitchen pots/pans/etc for cooking. We had a great stay and would certainly come back!

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

Amazing stay amazing place and amazing host! Close to everything and had the best time we found it a tiny bit pricey for just 2 of us as it was so big! But was so relaxing and if you had 2 family's sharing the cost it's well worth it! The view is to die for!

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Great place in a great location with easy access to cafes & restaurants of Barwon Heads and the river/beach. Very comfortable with good amenities. King bed was very comfortable and modern bathroom very functional. Would certainly recommend if you want to be close to the action and yet very private and quiet. Appreciated all the comms and support from Jenni. Would happily stay there again. Love Barwon Heads & surrounds.

Peaceful. Great location. Short walk to beach and shops. Very clean. Lovely outdoor area. Multiple bathrooms/ toilets. Kitchen has everything you need for meals in. Perfect stay for a group of 4 friends + two dogs. Enough space. Pets were secure.

We had a great time staying at Minka - the attention in design to small and thoughtful details was wonderful, the location was perfect for what we needed, and it was a cosy and comfortable place to unwind in after our events. Kelvis is a very friendly host who is extremely responsive to messaging, and we would absolutely stay again in the future!

Everything was in walking distance, great coffee across the street (Bito), lots of restaurants in Bourke street, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed plus more. Dfo south wharf just 10min drive Definitely staying next time we stay in the city

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Simon is an excellent host. His communication is exemplary & he did everything he could to help us settle in including arrangements for early access to our carpark. Simon’s place is exactly as presented & he has provided everything possible to make you feel at home & have everything you need. The location is excellent with easy access to the free tram & other tram services right outside the apartment. There are also plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. We highly recommend Simon’s place & Simon as a wonderful host.

Lovely spacious contemporary apartment with easy access to CBD via the free tram which was only 2 minutes walk away. There were a few local restaurants within easy walk distance. My husband and I slept in the smaller bedroom as the traffic noise was less there & the bed more comfortable. No noise was heard from other apartments. We slept well there.

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
