We absolutely loved our stay, we felt right at home. The location is beautiful. We would love to come back if the opportunity arose!

Gina is very responsive, and her place is as described—even better in person. It is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is a plus; it allows me to cook home-cooked meals for my son, who is in college and wants home-cooked meals desperately. The place is not just clean, it's immaculate, and she has items available that a person might need but forget when travelling. This is my second time staying at Gina's; as long as her place is available when I travel to Rochester, I will stay there each time.

Excellent! We celebrated Easter there and the home was perfect! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom right next door was perfect for my 82 year old mom! When I tell you our family felt at home is an understatement. The home was so welcoming and comfortable! So fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen, I bought so many of my own items to use just in case but I didn't need to. They literally had everything! Beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels! Nice fenced in backyard for our little Cockapoo. The two livingrooms perfect spacing for young and older individuals to enjoy themselves. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! We will definitely look to stay there in the future, my son has at least 2 more years left at RIT. Thank you for making our Easter weekend Perfect!

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!
