Eric’s place was great! We had everything we needed for our week long stay! The house was also VERY clean. This may sound silly, but I’ve stayed in many vacation homes, and you can always tell how clean a place is by the small details, like coffee maker, drawers, etc…I was so pleased to find that the coffee pot and filter had been run through the dishwasher before we arrived! the kitchen was spotless and well stocked. It’s the small things, that really make a difference in your comfort level! Eric was also very accommodating and responsive to a special request we had! This is a great house, and we would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. In fact my 11-year-old said it was the best sleep of his life away from home! It was the perfect space for our family of four. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you would need. The highlight is being right on the beach. Morning walks out on Irondequoit pier were private and peaceful. Kristin and Patrick were very kind and responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Rochester visit. I plan on returning!

This was the perfect house for our family while visiting family in the area. It was winter time but the view of the lake was amazing! Plenty of space throughout the whole house. Only complaint is the pillows were a but thin but that's my fault for forgetting to bring mine! Well likely stay again when up there. Thanks!

Beautiful lake views! Pluses: This house is located on a hill across the street from Canandaigua Lake with a boathouse right on the water. 4 bedrooms, 21/2 baths. The house was clean and neat, and the host was always responsive. There is an indoor hot tub in a beautiful back room (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). The house is a pleasant short drive to downtown Canandaigua. Things to note: Unique layout due to the octagonal shape of the house. There is a circular staircase in the middle of the house, but the upper area can also be accessed from the back door at the top of the driveway. There are a lot of rules, but they were easy enough to follow. Security deposit is required, which I have found is not typically the case with Airbnb’s. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at 79 Park Ave! The location couldn’t have been better right in the heart of Park Ave with restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes all just steps away. The house itself was spotless and beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Both bathrooms were truly 5-star - modern, clean, and luxurious. It was the perfect blend of comfort and class. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Rochester!
