Ruth is a very friendly and affectionate host who was immediately and helpful with questions about excursions or restaurant tips. The apartment in the house of tranquility is in a great location, the direct entrance to the trail means, the vacation starts right outside the front door. The apartment is cozy, very well maintained and the kitchen well equipped, after the trail you can look forward to the luxurious shower and in the evening to the extra wide bed with good mattress. We are French and we do not speak German or English. The exchanges were therefore limited but we felt a great welcome with a lot of courtesy. Beautiful apartment fully matches the directions. Neighborhood and very quiet house. Very nice environment. A paradise for those who mainly practice cross-country skiing. Beautiful hikes to do throughout the Leutasch, Seefeld and Mittenwald area in particular. You can rent this apartment without a second thought.

Fully furnished apartment, also in the kitchen nothing was missing. Quiet location. Garage use very positive. 7 minute walk to the cross-country ski trail. Two restaurants nearby.
