Nice cosy place. Easy self check in, clean, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable stay (cooking utensils, ironing board, towels etc.). Welcome fruit bowl, beer and sparkling water in the fridge were a great touch. When I arrived late in the evening the apartment was pre-heated and I felt straight at home.

Perfect for a break, very cozy and clean. The landlords are absolutely friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be happy to come back :-) !!!

The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very clean and you feel right at home. You will find everything you need right away. The area is wonderfully quiet, great for relaxing. We also got visits from cats and were also able to see other forest dwellers. The barrel sauna was our personal highlight. It was super easy to use, even from there you have a great view and can enjoy the time. Gerald is a great host, always available and super friendly! We will definitely recommend the place and possibly use it again ourselves. 😊

The stay in this cozy and modern apartment in the heart of the city of Wels was wonderful. The location is perfect – right in the center, but at the same time quiet and idyllic. The apartment was sparkling clean and superbly equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay was available. The tasteful décor and attention to detail immediately make you feel right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. This place is highly recommended!
