Condo vacation rentals in Garland County

Everett was great to work with. Unit was very clean. Furniture was nice but not very cozy. For us it was fine because we were out & about more than staying in. Beds were very comfy. Towels & linens & blankets & bedspreads so soft and pretty! Tub was awesome. Showers were very very small. Views are gorgeous! Neighborhood very quiet & safe. Walls are thin--Can hear people in next unit... Fortunately our neighbors were only noisy when first arriving and otherwise kept quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay & we would come again in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace & fire pit!

Great experience. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the stellar view! Would recommend because it's quite place. Hope to come back again.

Russ’s place was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding. Everything we needed to get to was in a 15 minute drive. Loved it.

This is a clean and beautiful condo in a fantastic location!! Most of our stay in Hot Springs got rained out, but having this condo to relax in made the trip worthwhile!! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the storms roll through and a fireworks show on Sunday night of the holiday weekend. The furniture was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We were also impressed with how the kitchen was stocked for cooking & baking! Just an FYI for asthmatics; there were air fresheners in the kitchen when we got there which triggered my asthma. After unplugging the air fresheners and airing out the condo I was good for the rest of the weekend.

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unit. So easy to find, and great location! Very peaceful and such an enjoyable stay. Clean and nice amenities. HVAC worked great and we felt really at home. Kristy was extremely responsive and we would stay here in a heart beat! Thanks for letting us stay at your Airbnb!

We loved staying here! The condo is right on the water, and we loved the lake view from the kitchen and living room. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. This was a work trip so we didn’t have much time to explore, but we did get to take our paddle board out on the water one evening and it was lovely! Lots of wildlife and friendly people. Josh was very responsive and they even left us cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator for our first morning there! Excellent hosts in an excellent condo. We will be back!

Such beautiful surroundings—peaceful and relaxing! This condo has an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Watching the sunset as we ate dinner on the balcony was so lovely, with lots of birds flitting about. Several pluses: We enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool, and walking the boardwalk on the edge of the lake. We also appreciated that the condo is pet-friendly, and having use of the washer and dryer was also quite nice. Kimberly is a very responsive host. There were a couple glitches while we were there and she was quick to respond. We would love to return!

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

host was very responsive and even gave us resturants to try. 1 bedroom was very spacious everything was so clean and great , hubs said when we got there and saw the jacuzzi tub and was like is there no shower and I laughed and said it's over in the other bathroom. felt like I had my own bathroom space and he did too. would definitely stay again. was very close to all things we did.

We got to meet the hosts! They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had a small hiccup but they were so quick to respond and couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating! Will definitely recommend as a host and look to stay at their properties again!

This was the perfect place for my little family of 3 to vacation! The condo right next to the lake was absolutely perfect- my son even got in the water the first day. It wasn't warm enough the other days, but he and my husband enjoyed fishing from the docks. They even caught several small fish (thrown back of course), which thrilled my 11 year old. We ventured into Downtown Hot Springs a couple of the days, and it was conveniently located to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful location and peaceful even on Memorial Day Weekend.

Kathy was a wonderful host! The BNB was clean, homey and in a good location close to town. The condo building itself was a bit loud with large families staying there… if you’re wanting a quiet, peaceful getaway I might look at a different place, but this was completely out of the hosts control. The balcony has a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and is where we spent most of our time!

We were just steps from the lake. Philip reached out well in advance to make sure we had all the details we needed to check in. We wound up not using many of the amenities, but you could tell the place was made to accommodate guests. Each little detail showed that Philip really cared about making sure we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful and in a great location close to casino and great seafood as well as just a short 10 minute drive to downtown...we would definitely stay again if in the area!

The condo was cozy and super clean. Had everything we needed. It was decorated very nicely! Loved the fluffy bath towels! Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. You park on a downward slope, so if you’re not sure on your feet it could be an issue. Also, the highway noise was noticeable from the master bedroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, smelled good, great location, and described accurately online. Our 6 year old daughter loved the built-in bunk beds! We also enjoyed how quiet the area was so light sleepers can really get a good night sleep. The condo has also been well maintained and nothing was worn out/well loved. Can't say enough good things about our stay here. Thanks!

We cannot say enough about our stay. The condo had everything you could possibly need. The balcony was such a beautiful place to start your day, very spacious, what a view overlooking the lake. Thank you Nick for being such a wonderful host. We hope to return soon.
