Sheila, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. She responded quickly and made our stay very welcoming. We truly enjoyed the house. Great property with lots of amenities. Beautiful views with lots of fun places to hang out like the dock or the fire pit. We loved the property and will definitely return when we get back to Hot Springs. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend! The location was perfect… right on the lake with beautiful views and such a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. We especially loved being right next door to Sam’s… such a fun and delicious spot to hang out. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!

The cottage was such a cozy place to stay. We had a beautiful view of the water, and although it rained during our stay, the porch was covered and we were still able to enjoy being outside. The deck was so relaxing, and the house was a perfect size for our 4 guest. We loved this stay, and it was absolutely perfect for our getaway.

We only had the opportunity to stay one night, but the house was pretty awesome. It’s right on the lake with a great outdoor space. Plenty of area to hang out and relax. The house has all modern upgrades and the decor is done exceptionally well. We have stayed at quite a few places, and this is one of our favorites.

The house was super cute and clean! It was well stocked and had all the comforts of home. Off street parking, hot tub and the beautiful view from the back porch were very much appreciated. Great neighborhood and 15 minutes from town. This host is top notch!!

The Cottage was lovely and well equipped with the deck right on the waterfront. Guests need to be aware there are two other properties in the complex so be aware as the ambiance can change depending on who your neighbours are . Overall a great location and great place to stay

We had just the most fun on our long weekend on the lake at Joe’s place. The house was clean, well decorated with super comfortable furniture, and right on the water with beautiful views of the lake. The back deck extends down to the dock, mere steps from the back door, so quite convenient if you’re getting out on the lake. A big storm came through one night during our stay, knocking out power and blocking traffic in and out. Joe was very communicative, and was gracious to offer to bring us groceries or take us out to lunch to get out of the house! Location-wise, there is a fun pizza place and bar (Sam’s) a half mile away, Kroger is less than 5 minutes by car, and it’s less than 20 minutes into downtown Hot Springs. We loved the location—perfect to be on the lake but close enough to town that it’s not a trek to run to the store or out for a meal. All around, I can’t say enough, and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Was everything we needed for our visit. Would love to stay again for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.

This cottage was so cute and cozy. It was secluded away from the city which made it very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place for us and our dogs. David and Tammy were awesome hosts! They responded quickly and even left us a few treats for when we arrived. We’re already talking about going back and staying here again one day.

Great place! super comfy and close to everything you need. The setting is private and peaceful. everything was with a half hour drive.

Had an amazing stay at the lake! We loved the kayaks and fishing gear. My son hardly left the water. The pier was just perfect for fishing, swimming, and morning coffee. Dewitt was a wonderful host and super responsive. The house was so clean! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place in a quaint town. First time to Hot Springs but what a great town! Bonus of this house being within 5 minutes of the Main Street. Quiet neighborhood and felt like home. Lisa was proactive and sending texts before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed Valerie's place for our girls' trip to Hot Springs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

The host is extremely proactive with instructions and info. The home is quirky, but very comfortable. Gorgeous details with glass blocks in the kitchen and rock work throughout the property. The afternoon sun through the living room skylights is to die for! The parking situation is a bit so-so but manageable. For being in the middle of a populated neighborhood and so close to downtown the property really does feel like your own private oasis. We even cut some of our afternoon activities short so we could enjoy the coziness of the house. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Michael's place was well laid out with everything we needed. The video game arcade was a hit with our grandson. If you are a light sleeper, beware that the fire department is right up the street, and there is some periods of traffic on. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom...a nice amenity! Emergency lighting was brought to us during an area wide power outage. The house is centrally located and easy to get to anything in town! I would stay at Michael's place again if we return to Hot Springs.

The serene cabin was everything we’d hoped for and more. It was just as neat and clean as it looked in the pictures. We made use of the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed dining out on the porch. The bed was comfortable, A/C was cool and the heavy duty outdoor grill was a win. The location was just right to quickly get to local attractions and have a quiet woods to retreat to. We felt right at home here. David and Tammy have this place set up perfectly.

The stay was very enjoyable. Megan was accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We will definitely return!

Lovely little cabin on the lake in Hot Springs! I had somehow gotten the wrong code for the door upon check in, but I messaged Jerry & Stephanie and they responded right away with the correct code to open the door. The cabin is a little old and nostalgic, but has been updated. I could not find the heating unit the first night, and it was quite chilly! I messaged the hosts again in the morning, and discovered that what I thought was the a/c unit on the wall/ceiling was actually a combo unit. I got it to work, and my dogs and I stayed nice and cozy for the rest of our stay. The cabin was very peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what I was looking for. Appreciated the water and snacks, as well as the fully stocked coffee bar! Would definitely stay here again. 😊

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay! Check in and out was super easy and we loved sitting on the back deck. The water is quite a bit colder than what we are normally used to but it didn't stop us from floating every day that we were there!

Lovely and peaceful stay. Host was super easy to communicate with and really friendly. Beautiful spot for the eclipse. Only about 30 minutes from Hot Springs and quick access to Lake Ouachita. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for my daughter’s regional USA gymnastics meet. It was a wonderful place where we all had our own rooms and were able to rest after a day of fun before competition.
