The condo was clean and updated. Has a great view of the lake from the balcony porch. Martha provided a booklet with local recommendations and clear check out instructions. They were communicative about construction in the area.

Beautiful view of the lake with the clubhouse right across the way. Bedroom space was advertised with a large master bedroom.

Such an amazing place to stay in Hot Springs! The view from the airbnb to the lake was gorgeous. The pool was so refreshing and the location was in close proximities to all sorts of attractions! Highly recommend this place!

A little further out than we wanted, but was very beautiful. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

Brittany’s place was just what I needed—a safe, nice, quiet getaway. I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe staying here. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely stay again!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing, beautiful view and clear instructions. We were snowed in and so a lot was closed but we still had an amazing time.

We booked Steve’s place for a weekend in Hot Springs, so we could go see the lights at Garvin Gardens and not have to drive home afterwards. It is a cute studio cottage on the lake with a great balcony and a beautiful picture window that offers spectacular views of the lake! It was very clean and had nice furnishings and extra touches like a nice Bluetooth speaker(we forgot ours). We liked the place so much we have already booked it for a summer trip.

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Perfect location and many amenities. We were in town for two days visiting family so we didn't really spend a lot of time at Jacobs place but it fit perfectly for our needs and our group. Lovely patio and lots of open space. Would stay again.

Beautiful location and the house was the perfect size for our NYE getaway. Light switch labels were an extra level of ease that I’d never seen before in a bnb, much appreciated!

Great location if you are looking to enjoy Dickson Street. Walkable to all U of A games and a great patio. Be prepared for noise at night due to nightlife on Dickson, but the bedroom is quieter. Great place and host is great.

We just stopped for one night but the home was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Very quiet and peaceful area. Bed was very comfy and Dustin recommended some great local restaurants for us to enjoy.

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

The condo was easy to find and ride on the water. It’s close to restaurants and just a few minutes from downtown. It was peaceful, quiet and super clean. I will definitely be using Drew in the future. 10/10

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

The place is really clean. Amenities were nice. It was cold when we went but my teenage boys enjoyed the basketball and pickleball. We would stay again if we come back to Arkansas.

It was a beautiful condo overlooking the water! Perfect for our girls trip. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and sparkling clean! We would have loved if the door had a top chain or lock. The neighbors upstairs were a little loud through the night, but that wasn’t at the fault of our wonderful host! We throughly enjoyed the our beautiful stay! We hope to be back.

What a great place to stay!! The furnishings were very comfortable and made my sister and I feel right at home. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Attention to detail was spot on. The welcome book has great info for restaurants, things to do, etc. I can't think of one thing that was missing. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was exactly what we needed for just me and my husband. It was right by the lake with a short walk to the water. The area was very quiet and private. I do recommended bringing a box fan or noise machine if you are use to something of the sort. The room/ac is very quiet which is a good thing! The condo was very clean and we were very comfortable. All restaurants and things to do are all nearby. We had a great time in Hot Springs!
