Great quiet location, will definitely be back

We rented Dennis's condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was everything she wanted! She and her friends went kayaking, swam off the dock and at the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 5 of them to sleep (as well as a place upstairs for my husband and myself!). Dennis was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we are able to visit again for a family trip.

It's a nice little cozy place. Heart warming, with a beautiful view. My daughters enjoyed the place very much. I would recomend anyone to stay here and enjoy!

Awesome place! Felt very safe, loved that it was nestled up against a wooded area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the golf course out the back was very peaceful. The three bedrooms upstairs were all generous and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The powder room downstairs was very convenient. Barbara also responded quickly to our communications and was very thorough throughout the process. We would be happy to return on our next trip to the Villages.

Convenient location in the heart of Hot Springs Village. A short drive to some of the best local restaurants and golf courses. Access to the house is made easy with a simple code to the front door. And a great back deck to relax and enjoy the weather.

My family of five really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have two bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer. That really was the selling point for us. We easily could’ve slept more in this condo as it was a king bed, two queen beds, and a fold out couch. It was perfect for us. Very quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed the back patio and little grassy area and really appreciated being able to park just steps from the door. Not sure when we’ll ever come back to Hot Springs, but would definitely stay here again.

Definitely an amazing place that was clean and comfy. I travel for a living and I’d say this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. Definitely recommend!

Convenient, comfortable, clean,and quiet

The BEST place I’ve stayed at in a while! My husband & our children stayed for 2 nights with my parents so we could really enjoy Hot Springs together. The house was immaculate, pictures didn’t do it justice! Felt right at home & very spacious. My mom & I are already talking about planning another visit!!

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome. Perfect for 3 couples since each couple will have their own bathroom. It was clean and decorated nicely. Loved the big dining table that overlooked the pool. Laura also had a Keurig coffee pot with many coffee pods to choose from which was a nice touch. She had several breakfast kind of snacks available. We would definitely stay there again if we decided to vacation in Hot Springs again.

Beautiful townhouse, host wast super friendly. My family had a later checkout, we messaged our host and she said it was fine. I couldn't be more greatful.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the loft. We were so excited about staying near everything we like to do in that area! It did not disappoint us! The loft was so beautiful and very clean! We had such a great time! We will definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends! The only thing we had difficulty with was the parking. Suzie did send information about where we could park.

Amazing stay! The townhouse was immaculate. It’s located right on the water and the kids were able to kayak and the adults were able to fish and relax off the private dock! The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was extremely clean! 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend and we plan to stay again!

We had a great time here! Felt right at home, everything was so clean, the area was very quiet, loved the Catholic Church down the road and the Italian restaurant right down the road. Would stay here again.

Ginger & Terri's place was fantastic! We felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens. The kids enjoyed all the board games and having TVs of their own. We really enjoyed the Village amenities and getting to do some sight seeing around Hot Springs. Will definitely book again if we're back in the area!

Just wow! Such a beautiful place, the lake out your back door was amazing! Our boys loved fishing and kayaking! We will definitely be back!

This was our favorite place on our cross country trip, we loved it so much we went back for a few days on our way home.

The place was nice. The views were awesome and you are close to everything Hot Springs had to offer. If you take a dog please clean up after it!! No fault of the owners but others made the outside not as nice as it could have been. We would recommend this place to others!
