Monthly Rentals in Garching

I stayed at Thomas' apartment as it was close to the Max Planck campus. Thomas' apartment is in a quiet area in Garching, at walking distance from the subway stop. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, and in general the apartment is cozy. Thomas has always been reactive and also gave us some suggestions about the neighborhood. As all shops are closed on Sundays, Thomas also offered to provide us with some food for the apartment at our arrival. In general, Thomas has been a wonderful host, and I definitely suggest staying at his apartment.

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. The parking space, kitchen, sofa, shower facilities, washing machine, and dryer made everything very convenient. The location is ideal for visiting attractions around Munich. The host gave us kind and clear instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the capsule coffee they provided separately and the recommendation for a nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommended to other guests!

We enjoyed very much a few months stay in Margaretha's very cosy and convenient flat in the peaceful village Ismaning. The apartment is nice and clean, facing south with lots of natural light from outside sun, very good heating in wintertime, nice and spacey balcony, good kitchen with very powerful electric stove, washing machine in the basement works on 50c coins. The surroundings is very peaceful, safe and tidy, Edeka supermarket and bus stop right across the street, public transport to München very easy and frequent, private parking at the doorstep, and specially a really wonderful forest walking path along the Isar river nearby. Margaretha is super kind host always willing to help and can give you lots of good recommendations to explore the beauties of Bavaria. We would definitelly love to come back again!

Despite arriving an hour after check-in due to a flight delay, he was patient. In addition, that same day he gave us a ride to the Allianz Arena stadium to see the Bayern vs Inter match, giving us time to attend despite the tight schedule. The apartment is comfortable and being about a 15-minute walk from the train station or 2 minutes from the bus stop, it gives you access to many points of interest and easy directions to get to important points such as Marienzplatz, just a 40-minute trip.
