Berhane was a very gracious host. He was easily reached. Quick check in.. Very quiet. Spacious porch. The area is beautiful, as is the home. It is five minutes from the Glenstone museum, which is open Thursdays through Sunday. It is about 20 minutes from Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park. It snowed while I was there with my dog. It was as if the snow made the home and its surroundings more peaceful. We enjoyed our stay Berhane.

The first thing I noticed about Linda’s place was how clean it was! Great for parents with little’s rolling/running around. I stayed with my 2 young kids and husband while visiting family in the area. My preschooler used the pull out sofa bed & there was room for our pack-n-play next to him for my youngest. You’ll have to rearrange furniture slightly with the sofa bed out. A single adult could easily move things around. It is a single level space as described. There is a single step-up from the bedroom to the rest of the property. It’s a quiet, residential neighborhood with driveway or street parking. We didn’t figure out until our last day that there are 2 rentals on the same property. Most nights we heard the other family around 10p. Quiet hours are strictly 12:00am-7:00am and that rule was respected by all. Also there is no in-unit AC/heat control. You have to ask the owner to change the temperature. There are ceiling fans in the unit. We would absolutely stay here again!
